We often order "Volcano" chicken from Kyochon Chicken which is one of the most popular chicken brand in Korea. At first, spicy as hell but you'll get used to it.

I just got this yesterday, it's 18000 won or 13.39 USD for LARGE half-half mix. (they only do the half for the large) the line is so long, but its so GOOD. totally worth the wait.
Korean style fried chicken is typically fried twice. The chicken is first fried at a low temperature and then fried a second time at a higher temperature. This results in a extra crispy exterior while retaining a juicy interior - even when coated with a thick sauce.
The Koreans learned how to Fry Chicken from the Black GI's during the Korean War. My dad is one of the cooks that were actually ordered to teach a bunch of Koreans how to fry chicken African American style
