My quiet times are similar except I add a practical at the end to whatever I've learnt from a scripture that stands out to me. We should do what the Bible says and practicals help me live out the bible. I love your video. It inspires me to have a cozy quiet time in the mornings.

For those of us who aren’t religious, I think setting aside “quiet time” is still super important. Just spending time in the morning reading a book or meditating before you head out into the crazy world can make a huge impact. 👍🏻✨

Hi Allison! My name is Kristin and I'm a 31 year old from West Virginia. I used to be a teacher and a runner and was training for my first half marathon but life took a few turns and I was hit by a car 5 years ago which resulted in losing my right leg above the knee. I get around on crutches and try to "just keep swimming" as Dory would say ;) I'm SO happy I found your channel and your personality is a breath of fresh air and helps me to stay positive. This video is encouraging me to dig deeper into the word. I just got baptized this year and my heart is so on fire for the lord now. God is the Shepherd who protects us and saves from danger.... when we go astray he shall search for even one lost sheep to pull back, love, care and tend to that lamb and He rejoices when He brings back his sheep to the flock. May God bring back all his people on earth who have strayed away due to malpractices and bad habits...No one is perfect. There's always a chance to correct oneself and restart a new life to bring glory to GOD!!....

I love this I’m reading the Bible for the first time and I feel like I put a lot of pressure on myself to sit and take notes and read as much as I can but when you said it was only about 30 min you spend makes me feel so much better because I feel like your emphasizing that you do it every day and in the morning so you can start your day right. Which is so true because no matter how much one reads the Bible if you Arnt living a godly life what’s the point.
I love your routine!!! I got 2 toddlers and 4 businesses so ... I don't have a routine, I just survive. All I manage to do is pray when I open my eyes in the morning ... After that, it's unpredictable. ❤️❤️❤️

I read my holy book, ‘Quran’ , too. Every day . Also reading verses, we perform prayer, ‘salah. These make me happy. So I feel close myself to God
