I know in Lake Grenada, other areas of Mississippi and Alabama, the waters are always muddy so it’s common. In Texas. If that water looks like that they are gone. They go main lake until the water clears back up.

@@BarFlyFishingTexas I'm in Middle Georgia so we get clear to chocolate milk conditions constantly. Just have to keep jigging and throwing but they are there 🙂

Normal water in parts of Mississippi I fish lol

Yes sir. The fish are acclimated to it there. Here it’s very unusual. Only happens when it rains hard and all the water shed dumps all the mud in the creeks. Those Crappie haul butt back out to main lake until those creeks clear back up. Black Crappie like clear water but the White Crappie will stay in stained water.

Good thing you have private land owner rights to launch. Those creeks are gonna get harder and harder to access. Not sure I would've fished it with what I know about the area. Food for thought. If business is registered and the treatment plant knows it's there, they can somewhat treat that. But all them drugs flushed they have no idea.

The bigger DFW gets, the more waste water treatment plants are allowed to and will dump discharge in to all our creeks and lakes. It’s getting worse every year. So many places have already been ruined.

That water looks like Mississippi lakes, if you don't like muddy water, don't go to Mississippi to crappie fish. lol

Absolutely, the fish over there in Mississippi, are acclimated to that muddy water. In Texas, they run from it. If those creeks, muddy up those Crappie takeoff.

Well you can take your horse and buggy, worms and cane pole down to the river and waste all day. I’ll go out and consistently produce for my viewers and guide clients. Technology advances, I’m fine advancing with it! If you’re not, cool, but I have a channel with 350 videos catching crappie from the bank, kayak, boat, wading, with and without electronics. Send me the link to your channel so I can check out all your content fishing without electronics. Maybe you can teach me…
