PCQ: Upgrade pace, stamina and strength mainly because you have proved that you are able to score well but you are getting too tired at the end of games, getting pushed around too much and attackers need to be able to run past the defenders and score, which is difficult for you. Hope this helps :)

This might be kinda strange but watching havertz and the way this guy plays are both very similar. Lots of passes from the front, lots of technique but not really a dribbler, shots with accuracy but lacking in power, quite tall (ik this guy is 5’11 but in the Argentinian league that’s massive) not insanely fast but quick enough to get away from most defenders, and not that strong (Havertz is strong but often goes down to get fouls). Only difference is that Garcia doesn’t have havertz’s defensive skills which are surprisingly impressive, and he doesn’t make runs as much or as intelligently, but that’s more to do with the game
EDIT: this is very long already but I just realised he also has Havertz’s best ability, pressing. Idk what it is about havertz, probably because he’s 6’4 but he’s really good at interceptions, pressing and tackling, could see him as a cb or keeper in another world if he grew earlier.

I think you should send him to a club in the Bundesliga, because it would good idea to send him to a team where he's a guaranteed starter, like Freiburg or in Spain you could send him to Espanyol, so that Joselu could be kind of a mentor for Leon, since he's Spanish too.
