How to setup CodeIgniter 4 with XAMPP localhost on Ubuntu Linux tutorial in 5 minute

Tutorial on - How to setup codeIgniter 4 with XAMPP / localhost on Ubuntu / Linux OS. New user of Codeigniter 4 often face some issues like Whoops! screen and a text below - We seem to have hit a snag. Please try again later. Most of the case happens if you don't allow the write access permission for your project which one you want to run on web server like Apache or Nginx. On Ubuntu you can run a single command on terminal to sort out the issue -"sudo chmod -R 777 [Folder name with path]". Although, It's pretty much risky to allow full access to anyone so please use the access as per requirements.
I've try to illustrate the setup process here. Starting from download to running the framework in localhost server. There is no need to modify folder permission if you using inbuilt server of codeigniter 4. Which one could be used with the command - "php spark serve". This process performed on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, a Linux distro based on Debian.
XAMPP Apache server used to run the framework on local server. Hope it'll help some new user of CodeIgniter.
