The Corvette is turning out looking great! Its definitely in good hands and glad such a car didn't fall into the hands of someone less careful.I would also keep the wheels since the 5 spoke chrome wheels do look quite nice on it, only my opinion of course.

My next project for my stingray is a front splitter as well but instead of drilling holes in to the winglets I’m looking into a epoxy option like EP30-4 just to give it that one pice look. If if fails I can alway run some screws into it.

Looks great Brian! I have my C6Z lowered as far as it will go on the factory bolts. I bought the CF ZR1 splitter for mine, but I don't think it would last a week was the factory chin gets scraped up almost weekly as it is!

I just installed the same kit. Side skirts, spoiler and front splitter. Was wondering why you didn't use the pre-drilled holes and bolt the splitter directly onto the bottom of the front bumper? They lined up perfectly. All you have to do is removed the 7mm screws on the bottom of the front and then bolt the splitter directly to the underbody of the car. Then add the self tapping screws for extra security. If the tape fails or the self tapping screw comes out with vibration over time then you risk the front splitter falling off.

The holes were a little off after lining it up...the sellf tappers will be replaces with rivets after z06 grill is installed.

Using rivets is it very unwise idea, everything I have on my Corvette is screwed in, and I use double sided tape. The reason you do not want to use rivets is because rivets is more of a permanent fix, what if you go down the road and something hits your front diffuser, now you have to drill out all those rivets, when all you had to do before was just take your screw gun and unscrew all the bolts, leave it quick fast and easy for replacement. Rivets you have to drill every single one of them out and it typically leaves a larger hole. There's literally no reason to add rivets. Double sided tape, 3M 15 pound test weight, clean everything thoroughly, double side tape it, then screw it with hardware that comes with, you'll never have an issue I have never ever had an issue with anything I have put on my Corvette with it coming off on its own.

I'm not a big fan of Corvette Mods. They'll take your money and deliver the parts. If you have any issues or need customer service they leave a lot to be desired. Corvette Mods has good prices but their quality in my opinion isn't very good. Hope you have a better experience than I have!
