      They’ve had Craig Ferguson to acclimatise for years not sure if you know who he is but if not he did the late late show before James Corden and Craig is considered to be a talk show god with the antics he got up to and I only came across him by chance and I’m glad I did!

      Have you given Scottish comedian Daniel Sloss a watch? He's got a couple of Netflix specials and I'm sure there's clips here on RUclips too. He's absolutely hilarious.

    I love a joke as much as the next guy, but at least get the name right. It has been called ADHD for ages.

    • @MrDeathparrot
      @MrDeathparrot 9 месяцев назад +12

      ADHD and ADD are separate diagnoses, it is very much possible to have ADD without the hyperactivity. They used to be viewed as separate conditions but are so often found together that it became common to combine.

    • @RickDavenport
      @RickDavenport 9 месяцев назад +3

      @@MrDeathparrot No they aren’t. ADD no longer exists. I know this because I have been diagnosed with ADHD. It’s either ADHD Primarily Hyperactive, ADHD Primarily Inattentive, or ADHD combined type.

    • @johntuel2375
      @johntuel2375 9 месяцев назад +7

      Yeah, it originally was called ADD and then ADHD became easier to blanket diagnose and get pills out to.
      But regular ADD is still a diagnoses seperate from ADHD. It is possible to be that distracted without the hyperactive part. Apparently now you can even have the hyperactive part be just in your head and not physically noticeable to the rest of the world.
      I was diagnosed with ADHD back in 96 and I have seen the symptoms change and stay vague so many times that I think it's just normal human behaviour that is outcasted for being different than how society is structured instead of a mental disability.
      I'm a neurodivergent girl in a neurotypical worrrrld haha.
