Some points to note for your next change interval
1. There are 2 types of coolants i.e. Ready to use & Concentrate. You have to mix 50:50 water + coolant if you are using concentrate i.e Castrol Heavy Duty. But in this case you purchased a ready to use coolant and mixed 3 times water in it so basically it is mostly water now in your system. I will recommend that you change it asap with the proper ratio as driving mostly on water can cause corrosion in the engine. Also, use only distilled water for mixing if you are using a concentrate coolant, you can buy that from the battery shop don't rely on the mechanic for distilled water.
2. Brake oil change in container is useless until you flush the brake lines and clutch line, the brake oil in your lines is still the old fluid so you won't see any difference in the performance.
3. I also have an i20 first gen and the back gear problem is universal because it is the only gear in the car that is not synchromesh, if you ever face the back gear problem then just put your car in first move one inch forward and try reverse after that.
Such mistakes can happen as we all don't have knowledge on everything but I love your enthusiasm to learn and would suggest you some youtubers like ChisFix to get a better understanding of the process and then maybe you can DIY.

Hyundai dealers use OAT or HOAT coolant which has a lifespan of 5 years or 1,00,000 kms. The Castrol coolant you are using is IAT coolant usesd by local mechanic for local cars. IAT coolants are not suitable for Hyundai petrol engines as its made of all-aluminium.

Underbody panel ko unskrew nhii kra mechanic ne jiski wajah se coolant poora underbelly pr stick ho gya .
