Studying is important. And boring can be nice. Good job! I am glad you have time to vlog. Maybe you could be a quilt archivist in a museum! Also, I will love watching you make a quilted jacket…that is one of my goals
Congrats on your studies! Glad you’re liking this path & looking fwd to seeing where it takes you!The Bear Paw’s looking great. Looking fwd to seeing the hexie jacket. The Dresden dress from the show was fabulous. Your recipe box is lovely - & there’s something about one, filled w/ handwritten cards, that a digital one just can’t touch (pun intended). Handsome Charlie 🥰🥰
🙏🤩 nice to catch up w/ you, Amanda! Mundane is fine, especially for those of us that’ve gotten to know you & just like hanging out w/ you. Thx for the vlog 💕🎉
Have missed you, Amanda!! Once you’re finished (which you should be now - yay! Congratulations!! - I’d love to hear more about what you did and learned, and what comes next for you. I think the bear paw quilt is gorgeous 😍 so looking forward to seeing it done (in its own good time). I have started my first EPP project (Queen of Diamonds), and I am loving every bit of it! See you again (hopefully) soon.
There’s something to be said about mundane times; they give us the opportunities to enjoy and appreciate tea and biscuits, blue skies, and organizing. So good to see you again!
Hey! Great to see you!!! Have checked every day to see if you were back. So glad your class is going well. My husband and I used to take the kids out for McDonald's and The Library every Friday when they were younger. Our son has passed that on to his five year old daughter. So cool. I was listening to your vlog, when my husband walked by and said, "I love her voice?" We appreciate you Amanda......in the US. Good to see Charlie....as always.
Good luck with your studies. I did my library post grad 19 yrs ago. Have been working in the field since then. Never regretted it. I also made a tamarak jacket recently and can 100% recommend
I’m so glad you gave an update on your studies. You’re right. I’d forgotten what you were studying. My neighbor’s daughters are both librarians and really enjoy their work. One is at university and the other in the community library. I think you’re on a good path.
It was so good to see and hear from you again. Was thinking the other day i wish you would post something. I had an accident recently that has left me with a broken leg( tibial plateau fracture) 🤕 ouch.... going to be laid up 3 months. It is tough going so far. So please do vlog even the mundane and simple, i enjoy hearing your soothing voice and getting to see Charley boy too. God bless and good luck with your studies.
Good to see you back again! Love the recipe box. I can’t wait to come to Sydney in March 2024. It’s a bucket list trip 😊 your hoodie came out amazing. Great job! Looking forward to your next blog. Lesa
Ooo, you'll have some lovely weather to look forward to when you visit in March. It'll still be warm but not as severe as it usually gets in January. 😊
@@AmandaRolfe thanks! Happy to hear it most likely won’t be too hot when we visit. It’s summer here now and it’s in the 100s already.…. 🥵 oh well I’ll just stay inside where it’s cool and sew 😊 take care
Glad to see you back!! I love Tim Tams. I’m not fond of American chocolate at all but a colleague introduced me to TimTams and I am hooked. It’s the only chocolate I will eat.
I’m so sorry Amanda, I loved your tutorials from 3 & 3 quarters but watching you waffle on every month or so when you can fit a Video in,in your seemingly busy schedule is not enough for me. More tutorials please and less waffle. I unsub here. Sorry nothing personal xx
So nice to see you again. Love the embroidery. So sweet. Your library course sounds interesting.

Enjoyed your vlog, glad you are doing well. I look forward to seeing the jacket and dress projects. Your handwriting is lovely.

You should see The last homely house at the quilt festival in UK part one. Kate looks at a Bear Claw quilt. Take a look.

Lol! You’re recipe box story is a good indicator you’re cut out to be a librarian.
You should be a brother ambassador.
