Agar balcony covered hai aur aap use kar rahe hai to include karana hai . Ghar ke bahar ka area common hai to include nahi karana hai .

In a plot , the constructed area is different , do for marking centre the corner of constructed area is taken or the plot corners thanks

if constructed area is different then take 2 centers. one for constructed area where you have to consider only constructed part and second where you have to take all area constructed plus non constructed area.
