Hi Georgette! We had a lot of trouble with the audio this week. Lots of feedback and icky stuff. So we had to edit out a lot of it, at the cost of some of the quality. Luckily, after this, we found a new way to record the audio. It's 1000x better, we promise! Keep checking for our new videos, we promise you will hear an improvement!
Had to put it on max sound it it was still difficult to hear! what a shame! Not only that, but Julie speaks so fast, for a UK listener of advanced years it was even worse. Had to turn it off in frustration and would so much have loved to see everything!

i just got my hex and more but it didn't come with a paper guide for instructions it cmd from a guilt shop also.Bonnie
