  • Ingredients:
    1 kg fish
    3 onions
    1 red bell pepper and 1 green bell pepper
    Salt and black pepper, to taste
    3 potatoes
    Mayonnaise
    Tomato paste
    Water (for shaping the fish patties)
    Instructions:
    Pass the fish, 3 onions, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper through a meat grinder.
    Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to your taste. Knead the mixture until it is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.
    Cut the 3 potatoes into large chunks and place them in a separate bowl.
    Add mayonnaise, tomato paste, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
    When shaping the fish patties, fill a bowl with water and wet your hands with the water so that the patties don't stick to your hands.
    Arrange the fish patties and potatoes in an oven-safe dish.
    Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 300 degrees Celsius (572 degrees Fahrenheit) until the fish patties and potatoes are cooked through.
    Serve warm and enjoy your meal!
