YUM!! We make our own burgers too. Being Italian & from a family of chef's & cooks... We love to cook, bake etc. We use a combination of either turkey & chicken mince or pork/veal with turkey or pork/veal with chicken. Our herb of choice is parsley. We too fry off onion & garlic before adding. Our other ingredients are egg, home-made bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper & freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano... We press ours in the same device... My favourite burger additions are mixed lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pickles & BBQ sauce... Hope to see you all soon... VIP... Is there a timeline for when you'll be coming back to Australia??? ♡♡♡

I love the squeeze bottle idea for the oil . I'm a blind cook and teach techniques to people who have just lost their vision. I hope you don't mind but I'm going to take that tip and give it to my clients and use it myself.
I make ground chicken breast burgers all the time. I add cilantro and scallion and then I add a little olive oil right into the meat so that it stays moist. I don't even add egg or breadcrumbs and they stay together just fine. They are delicious. Yours looks amazing as well!

My kitchen is overcrowded.European kitchens are mostly small,mine is too. I've removed beef and pork from my kitchen over ten years ago. I'm curious about your other videos too.I love to watch them.I love how you've mentioned the Bay Area cities,where my uncle lives. Medical cannabis is not drug,in Canada you can grow that at home without legal consequenses. I'm waiting for your new videos. ...I think you know my uncle personally...

When I was young I used to shovel snow! How sad for you! LOL I'm trying to change my attitude about winter, but I have to say my brittle old lady bones can't take many more winters here in Northern Ontario! I'm looking forward to the day I no longer have to shovel snow!

Yes we had a nice set of knives but we (the kids) weren't allowed to use them. They were in a knife block and I still have the big daddy. It's as old as I am. You should check out the forever pan. Chance is a wonderful sue chef. Great job girl!!
I need to get some of those pans and I’ve never seen a knife holder that goes on the wall like that. I definitely could use several of those for all of my knives :) less space to take up on my counters as those blocks take up a lot of space

I got to try this. I usually just add spinach and yellow onion chopped small with garlic salt , form patties by hand, place on cooking sheet, drizzle olive oil over the top and put in oven for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how many patties I make for the family.
Thank you for this danny after the last month I've had between the seizure and now the medication allergic reaction all with a heart monitor on for the next 30 days. I needed something good to look forward to. Thank you sharing this turkey burger looks amazing
