certicicate of operation....what the hack...here in the netherlands we only have a sticker that sais "liftinstituut veiligheidskeuring" wich means that the company that needs to check if the elevators meet with the rules, has accepted that the elevator runs for public use. maybe i will try to film a sticker like that.
Man, I miss going to this mall. This elevator, Sears' elevator, and the other macy's elevator were among my favorite ones to ride.
