A lot of the visual effects/particles are free models, for example the clock on reaper as I’ve seen many games use the exact same free model. The rocks scattered around the map are also free models.

This guy is litterally lieing to get veiws, you should not lie to your veiwers and say that its stolen. They are free in the roblox catalog. The only way they could be stolen is if the creator tencell, directly took them from a game and then took credit on top of that.
