@@EvanRollo2005 Qingyi can do it as well like the rest that you've mentioned. As for Lighter, he only can do it if he does it on his punching barage state towards the enemies. And speaking of bullet/rocket deflect, Caesar and Seth can do it with their shield too, but they gotta run towards the enemies that shoots the bullets/rockets specifically.

Fun fact. When you attack at the right time as Miyabi when enemy is also attacking there is a chance where Miyabi can Parry the attack totally. She is literally just casually parry without losing a Parry meter.

It's just that the level in the video is a story commission that makes you use Miyabi, Yanagi, and Harumasa in Trial Mode. Miyabi is the only one of the three who can deflect bullets, so yeah, this particular encounter here was specifically added with Miyabi in mind.
Its meh. Since miyabis dash clears to enemy anyway, this will only be used if you force it. If she was the one char that did it passively while idle, itd be awesome.

I think its more like they added a section in the mission where 5 soldiers are shooting at you so you can parry with miyabi and feel badass
