Cant we use the headtracking in games? that would be amazing and if anyone from Audeze sees this please add the old Mobius 3d audio to the Maxwells that would be AMAZING
@@dharmaone77 This is incorrect. Dolby and Sony have put a Audeze to Court, and Audeze unfortunately had no choice to allow Sony to buy out Audeze out. As basically, Sony aren't happy with the high quality and potential future features. Basically, they smash the XM series. In this price range Sony are going to release these headphones in a new Premium Range under the Sony name in the 2-3k range.
I hope you make an update to the Audeze app that can function as a digital virtual device that we can directly select as the output for multi-channel audio applications, and it will handle the headtracking entirely within itself. No more dolby atmos renderer to loopback or danta via to virtuoso - just make one app that can receive, decode, and headtrack multichannel audio!
There is no way I am paying 300$ for Atmos Renderer to get head tracking. I have the Mobius but they are so delicate. Hope headtracking works without buying Dolby Atmos Renderer but I am trying right now to see how sound has improved . Love the durability of them though
i highly agree with you the cups feel way too big as they grab the tops of my cheecks insted of under my ears, i too wear glasses so them being so tight slight squezzes the glasses and makes it hard for me to focus the lowest one is too lose and flops down, middle is sorta fine but i wish it was tighter to hold under my ears then the top is just too tight. it honsetly feels like the headset was built backwards it feels way better and fits better the other way around
I will be only using them for Dolby Atmos Renderer work here in my Dolby ATMOS Studio here. I have a MM series headphone for checking mixes, but to be honest, I use my room which is VERY accurate and tuned to Dolby spec with Rational Acoustic Smaart System by someone who came in a did the room two years ago.
Just saw that. RUclips does some weird things lately where some comments are strangely hidden from my view. The tip does not help trough. I've maxed out both sides and it is still too small.
Hey dude on the Maxwell if you take a like 4 inch piece of wire or rope or something(I used an old 3ft hdmi cable) you can make it into a circle shape and put it inside the ear pad inner edge essentially stuffing it and making the pad a little deeper. Gets your ear off the driver at least. Also the dekoni pads look like they go a bit lower and would probably help with the tightness. Hope this helps dude!!

Head tracking data will be available for a wide variety of applications soon. We want to get feedback on usability as we fine tune the implementation.
Great to hear!
@sankarthiagasamudram9440 amazing look forward to it! hopefully Logic also

Yes, very unfortunate. 😟

Maybe try a ZMF headband cover/pad to fix your comfort issue?
I thought about that. Maybe I’ll try it at some point.
@@michaelgwagner I'm sure Zach over at ZMF can even suggest something for your exact issue. I heard he's a pretty personable guy.

Yes, if you have a good room, that's obviously the best option. I need to check out the Smaart system again. Used it a while back.
@@michaelgwagner Did you see the other post I did about the HEADBAND TIP on the Maxwell.?

@@michaelgwagner Copy That! Big Brain Big Head I guess-:)
Haha, seems to be. :)
It sounds a bit like the Terminator doing the review if you close your eyes?
do you need the xbox version for this to work , atmos__? is it the same drivers a the LDC series_?
XBox vs PS5 version is only relevant when used with the game console. If used with PC/Mac it doesn’t matter which one.
@@michaelgwagner thx, I just saw the atmos codex was in the xbox dongle only.
thx
@OOTheBlueAir That’s only for the gaming console. I am using a PS5 dongle.
