With the Door tool active, click the Door Tool Preferences button in the tool bar, then on the list on the left of this dialog, select Leaf. In the middle, set Leaf to Custom, and then you should be able to configure it. I believe you need Architect or another Design series product to see this, Fundamentals alone may not have custom door leafs.

Where exactly is the custom door leaf option in in the Windows 2017 version ? I've not been able to find it at all.
