For over six years, I suffered from major acid reflux, restless leg syndrome, flu-like symptoms one week out of every month, severe dandruff, extremely dry and chapped skin, and a skin rash from any vegetable, fruit, or carb I consumed. Realizing that food and stress were the main issues, I decided to get divorced and started eating only meat while taking vitamin and mineral supplements. In six months, I went from 230 lbs to 180 lbs with no rigorous exercise, only speed walking, and occasional five-day fasts once a quarter. By month seven, all my symptoms had disappeared, and I could eat fruits, vegetables, and occasional sweets without any problems. My greatest achievement from all this was that I eventually found God in the process.

AMEN, brother, so happy to hear your testimony--ALL of it, but especially that you are now a child of God! Thanks so much for the information on your healing journey, every family in America has at least one person with autoimmune issues.
Parasites maybe, try a week or 2 on first Fenbenzadole or membenzadole then ivermectin, wait 3 weeks repeat, if you eat high carbs, sugars, fast food, prob won't fix very long
I take a powder that's mixed with water called Beyond Tangy Tangerine by Youngevity. It possesses 90 essential vitamins, minerals and amino acid. I also take bromine to help with digestion, and omega-3s. I highly recommend that you take a pinch of good quality Celtic Salt and place it under your tongue for 30 seconds every morning. It contains tremendous amount of trace minerals. Beyond that, I strongly, strongly recommend a 3 - 5 day prolong fast. Go on RUclips or Google prolonged fasting.
This is true. In 2015 I was diagnosed with Graves Disease (hyperthyroidism) at 29 years old. I’ve had the symptoms dating back to high school so everything made sense. I wanted to have a second child and the western medical protocol to remedy this problem was to remove my thyroid, subject it to radiation to kill is slightly which also had fertility impacts, or take a drug called methimazole or PTU to hinder the thyroid. None of those things were getting to the root of the problem and the prescription drug had way too many damaging side effects. Intuitively, I went gluten free, healthy keto/paleo diet. I got pregnant and told my doctor I wouldn’t be doing anything about my thyroid. To her amazement, in two months, I had completely cured myself. I also supplement with vitamin D, B12 and magnesium and exercise everyday. And on top of all that, my haven’t had a cavity since. I look at my ‘autoimmune disease’ as a blessing. It’s my body’s way of telling me something is harmful or toxic. From a spiritual standpoint, I felt sorry for myself after the diagnosis. I felt as though I wasn’t in control of what was happening to me. I hit some sort of rock bottom and for the love of the child that I wanted so badly, I snapped out of it and took control of my life and my health. So… it’s the best damn thing that has ever happened FOR me.
Thanks for the comment. I clicked on this video looking for info about Graves. Im taking methimazol and think its making me sick. Plus i dont trust the doctors. The first appointment they already were talking about removal of thyroid, which is not going to happen. I think it makes the most sense to at least try your idea.
It's all about extreme stress. After a narcissticly influenced marriage and years of compounded stress, it has deteriorated down to poor mobility and 24/7 weakness. I'm convinced that stress is the catalyst.
I had crohns so bad for 13 years that I couldn't eat properly, my body was weak and it all effected my mental/spiritual state. I wanted to die because living like that was hell. I had quit seeing a GI because nothing they did helped so I decided to try healing my body or die trying. Since I couldn't digest anything I worked out that drinking fruits and vegetables vie a juicer would get me a lot of the nutrients I needed and it really helped but wasn't the answer. The crohns kept hanging around. I read as much research on crohns, auto immune diseases and global cases. I realized several studies were trying to link crohns to a bacteria. Was my problem possibly a gut bacteria imbalance? I studied probiotics, picked one and started a daily regimen. Within a few days all of my crohns symptoms simply disappeared. The inflamation went down. I could actually pass gas easily, something I had not been able to do in 13 years. I was able to eat salads, nuts and steaks again. It's been 6 years since I made that change and I have been crohns free since.
Wow !! Amazing story. And even more amazing is that a GI doctor had no clue 🙄. Today’s doctors are simply trained by Universities that are simply paid off by big Pharma in so many different ways as far as research and preferred outcomes. The docs today ONLY know drugs or surgery But NOTHING about true healing and health.
I once thought it was all about bad doctors and after getting into holistic healing and trying to help people ive found that probably 95% of people just want a quick fix in a pill. They dont want to put in the time and the work to be healthier.
Not everyone can afford the out-of-pocket costs of doctors who aren’t covered by insurance, supplements and special diets. Many are barely making ends meet-courtesy of their autoimmune disease.
I don't officially do it for a living but I've been studying and practicing holistic healing for over 30 years and if I only make a few simple lifestyle suggestions to someone, they immediately start making excuses and I am met with resistance, so I agree.
@@concert_rat1004 This is true but I've also known a lot of people who aren't even willing to make basic changes that we all know are beneficial, such as cutting sugar out of their diets

I was diagnosed with lupus about 30 years ago and I immediately switched to eating organic (as much as possible). I went into remission about a year and half later and have had no symptoms or flares since.
Oh my god this is so encouragement to hear, I'm trying to do whatever i can to get rid of my lupus, it has started to attack my kidneys as well as the soft tissue in my foot, i am so happy to hear that you have been in remission congratulations
@@khadijahdavis1572 If necessary cut out everything from your diet including spices, toxic vegetables like nightshades and only focus on things like fresh meat, eggs, fruit and natural probiotic foods like kefir, sauerkraut.
@dutyofcall7659 thank you for responding, i want to do whatever i can to get rid of this lupus, what do you think if i just cut out all meats except for salmon and fish?, also do you know of any good cookbooks that focus on organic whole food, plant based meals?
I would eat fewer vegetables before I would cut out the meat. Meat will ALWAYS nourish you with everything you need except for vitamin C. Veggies have things that can harm you like oxalates. I'm considering a carnivore diet now for autoimmune hepatitis. Keep in mind that every is different and will have different results. @@khadijahdavis1572

Did a blood test and my new smart doctor pointed out that i was very low on copper. I have nerve pain and nerve damage, turns out copper is essential in building the myelin sheath together with b1, b6 and b12. All my b's were good. 3 weeks on copper supplement and the nerve pain is clearly reduced!
awesome! I am paying for a vitamin and mineral Lab and a full men's health lab panel next week. I want to dial in my diet. Know exactly what foods I should be eating more or less of. I believe we all should be given this information from our primary western medicine doctors. it's a crime that we have to seek out this info by ourselves. most humans are not smart enough conscious enough to link there food with there health. I ate like shit in my twenties. came around in my thirties. and really didn't dial it in until the last year. in am 50. you never stop growing I guess. have a good one. ☮
Most drs feel intimidated by conversations started with information they choose not to expose themselelves to, nutrition, wellness, etc etc etc and shut it down. My experience 3x in last month. Beyond that, how insane that nonallopathic/pharma information often not just ridiculed but censored Thankful for detailed information Dr Osborne provides.
Yes, most doctor's are clueless or just dont really care. You may just have to work it out yourself and hope you get it right. It only took me 48 years plus 3 more on top until I disvovered Dr Osbourne.Good luck.
Thank you for everything you do. I been buckling down on finances and budgeting with my wife so we can get an appointment with your practice or another functional medicine specialist and pay for some of the testing you provide. Was diagnosed with ulcer colitis in 2013, but I had probably had it since before then. I remember having extreme pain in my stomach when moving my bowels at age 8 and becoming anemic in my early 20s. Right before my 40 bday I decided to change the way I eat completely because the ulcer colitis had limited my ability to work and I felt trapped in my body constantly being inflamed and swollen. I haven’t had a single flare in 🙏🏽 in over six months and have lost so much weight. It was the food I ate and the amount of stress my body was in everyday fighting the inflammation. I thank God for the ability to eat clean today. The American diet is deadly. I do not eat out much and when I do, I stick to salads, lean meat and fruit. I do not consume any empty carbs or any food made with processed cane sugar. It was super hard at first, but once the pain started to disappear and my bowel movements became regular, it was addictive. I have had moments I which I had a cookie or white bread, waking up the next day with lower back pain or a blemish on my skin. I literally feel and see the immediate effects of putting the wrong food in my body today. Never going back to eating processed foods ever.
Eat more red meat! STOP eating foods with vegetable oil, use real natural butter with salt to cook with. Your food will taste better! Vegetable oil, an corn oil do not brake down in the body! Use olive oil or real natural butter. Take D3, vitamin C, Zink through out your week. Check label on foods you buy!!! If it says vegetable oil or seed oil, palm oil think twice about buying or consuming it! The body can't brake down vegetable oil, corn oil in the body! It ends up clogging your arteries, heart! Use butter to cook with Natural butter! Eat more red meat! Drink more water! Stop drinking high fructose soda
I have totally changed my diet and eliminated artificial dyes and preservatives. I eat mostly veggies and beans. I’ve been a vegetarian since age 9, and couldn’t even eat meat through my three pregnancies even tho my condition makes me so weak and thin (Crohns). Any advice?
@@Staceypotterphotography try a probiotic and stick with it to see how you feel . One of the commenters said she or he had Crohns and with a probiotic in more flares. God bless

I eat 75 percent greens and fruits and in supplements for years. In control of my pre diabetes and hypothyroid. Late in 2022 I started to develop joint pains. Been to PT and massage. The more I took care of my diet of protein portions sea food and stir fry veggies the sicker I get and my t3 and t4 became wacky. The more I ate healthy diet added supplements like B12 I never get better. I am Okinawan by diet, no fast food. Then one day this month after praying for guidance, I had an answer to start from the basics . Found that everything started after I purchased 3 sizes of Anolon pans which I used twice or three times a day, for eggs on breakfast, fry fish and seafood or chicken in small pan for lunch and dinner. Anolon is now being sued for PFOA & PFAS that they lied in their advertising. These chemicals affects hormones and thyroid function. I never been this sickly in my life that I developed allergy, always tired and sleepy and in so much pain. Being tired and sleepy has lessened since I stopped using the pans.
Try an elimination diet (proper human diet) 100% grass fed and finished beef diet. Literally eating nothing but beef, beef organs and eggs if you so desire. And if you want to make it even more elimination, eat only the yolks and not the whites. Pasture raised, organic eggs of course
fantastic. In the UK the doctor will put a note on your records labelleling you "sensitive" which means ignore there is nothing wrong with this patient, its in their head. Your talk ticked every box. Gluten, lactose causing ezcma, fatigue, joint pain, stomach issues, visual migraine. I now help myself. Its hard to restrict and at times I lapse and suffer becuase of that. But you have emphasised the why to give me strength to carry on and be strict with my diet. bless you sir.
My background is in physiology and nutrition and thank you so much for validating my thoughts -- its all about inputs/ environments. Theses 'autoimmune' conditions are just a blanket diagnosis due to the complexities of the human body. The human body isn't dumb -- there is a solution, you dont have to know the exact microscopic issue but rather fix the appropriate inputs!
This is amazing information that I NEVER got from any healthcare provider I have seen for my auto-immune problems. Not a single one. Listening to all of this to UNDERSTAND the "why" and "how" is life changing. THANK YOU, DR.
Healthcare providers are tought to cover symptoms if diseases with medications. That is why, conventional medicine works shoulder to shoulder with big farma. They can easily lose their licence by not following protocols. To ask them to find a core of a problem- waisting of time and money.

What a horrible worker. You complain about the patients who put food on your table by giving you a job. You lack empathy and compassion and I hope no one treats you like you have treated others.
Negative energy pulls your health down, she wasn't cut out for that job, some people can overcome that energy from people, however long term not good for anyone.
Bull!!!!! To think that people JUST WANT to complain is ludicrous. Some people are in so much pain and torment and weakness etc… that they aren’t JUST complaining. I've only reviewed this first Osborne video, but so far, he's right-down-the-middle > love his info and details. I only wish I had these advisements in the 1990s when I started so much of my bodily damage - diet filled with the 150 ingredient Costco casseroles, 3 loafs of bread a week, alcohol and R/O water with no electrolytes, way too many antibiotics. And the following decade where I tried to address my problems, I was lead to Veganism (didn't work for me). **Just 1 of the ways I know he's correct - in 2007 - 10, I got a growing case of plaque psoriasis all over my arms and bodily skin problems (so itchy too). From 2011 to 2013 medical prescriptions did very little and had side affects. 2 years Vegan, it got worse. Turned to a diet of real and fresh foods, no antibiotics, no prescription creams, electrolytes in my water..., all symptoms retracted within 6 months. Got a new hot girlfriend who loved junk food, alcohol, parties and travel - all those symptoms came right back. Ditched the girl and went back to my health diet (and finally got some sleep)..., all those symptoms went away again - it was like the light-switch and me turning it on/off with y life choices and especially diet.
I was told during pregnancy that I could take pepcid AC for the terrible heartburn. My baby ended up with severe jaundice and in NICU. The doctors couldn't figure out why his jaundice was so bad. They said that it's not that they hadn't ever seen numbers as high as his they just weren't sure when they had ever seen numbers as high as his. Later on I discovered antacids lead to low B12 and low B12 leads to jaundice. Cause found.
No womder i am always tired and sluggish. My blood pressure is normally 80/60. It was 72/40 yesterday. I wanted to sleep all day. I consume antacids like candy and it barely helps. Thank you for that.... Back to the drawing board!!!! Thank you for posting!!!
I had severe autoimune desease for almost 9 years. I went to many expensive doctors and very expensive medications, none worked and my condition worse and worse. I was dying and paralyzed. I had fever and nerves attacks everyda, it was very very hard days. I studied many resources what could help me . Then I found out about goat yoghurt and Daud(david) fasting, its fasting today ( no eat and drink for 13 hours) and tomorrow off , like that everyday. Also i found about spiritual healing, because im a muslim, there is chapter albaqarah in quran that can heal soul and body illness from unseen stuffs. I just needed 5 or 6 months to do these (daud fasting, goat yoghurt, and reading quran chapter albaqarah almost everyday). And a professor said i dont have autoimune desease anymore after a lab test. Its been 2 years I become a healty person 😊

Your spiritual needs are recorded and this true book and no other don't knock it before you try it . And God bless you.
It spins me out nobody talks about how our food is being grown. All these things are brought on by our diet, vaccines, psychological and environmental causation
I’m coming here to say thank you for making this content. I paid 10,000 dollars to do a deep dive course into basically this. The doctor walked me through every layer to get me better. It’s working. But this info needs to be standard care and available to everyone. People cannot afford … especially these days… to pay that! It’s a whole system thing - we have to take care of every part of the body. End of story. So I’m staying on track paying attention to each layer. Digestion is key, I’m rechecking vitamins throughout the year, I’m double checking my thyroid. I realized I was severely anemic - and it was totally from lack of absorption in my gut. I’m getting daily activity (just started again after onset of autoimmune attack).
What are you taking for lack of absorption? My iron levels are low and trying to see if it’s bc of lack of absorption . I also have type 1 diabetes and hashimotos.
@@andriaholbert5462 when I say lack of absorption I am basically meaning everything in your gut. There are many reasons people may not absorb well. Having an infection in your gut (I had 3), having celiac that damages the actual organ lining, damaging the stomach lining in general by eating poor diet. Eating things you don’t know you are allergic to (IGA response is low and slow and will damage the immune system and gut). Not absorbing because of lack of other nutrition. But in my case - u had H pylori, SIBO, staph and later strep infections of the gut. My hormones tanked, my thyroid started going up and down, couldn’t eat veggies etc. I’m 29 - and basically in the last 1.5 years I’ve conquered my fibro, arthritis, dysautonomia, POTS, and rebuilding my gut biome now … and trying to correct my hormones. My thyroid still moves but I believe the rest of my symptoms will take about 6-12 months to fully heal after everything my body just went through. It’s a climb not a sprint. I had to change everything about my life. Everything. I hope you get answers soon my friend and journey to better health quality.
@@andriaholbert5462my iron is finally coming up!!! I took iron for months with basically no movement! Finally - with vitamin c and correcting all other things it’s improving - Woop! We need doctors who will treat the body as a system and work from the bottom (simple things) up to gut testing. It cannot be done quickly - it will be done in chunks. It is imperative that autoimmuners forget all the things they think they know and start over from the base.

I was diagnosed with Crohns 27 years ago and if I knew half of what I know today it would have saved me years of excruciating pain I now have an ileostomy. Its hard to believe today but its a fact i was 5 years into my disease facing my 3rd or 4th surgery before anyone mentioned diet or even asked me what I ate, I knew what agreed with me what caused me to flare or hurt me but I couldve been eating barbed wire and broken glass my doctors had no idea what i ate but they knew i took 10-16 pills a day they knew that. If I wouldve started my spiritual awakening before i was diagnosed I never wouldve been diagnosed I believe my disease was 100% psychosomatic or enough so that if i knew the principles of autosuggestion, grounding and clearing emotional blocks and working with my own stuck pent up energy like i do now i wouldnt have suffered as bad
@@wasabi333 I can relate because doctors will put you through the mill yet never ask about diet or anything root cause related.... It's all symptom suppression in the medical industry which can really muck things up..
Looking forward to watching. I can't eat gluten, I'm probably coeliac but won't be tested as I'm off it so long I'd have to start consuming it daily for 6 weeks, i tried and lasted 2 days. My mother has arthritis and i told her how inflammatory gluten is, she went off it and now has no pain, every time she eats gluten (not often) she gets awful pain in her knees
Dr. Osborne, I appreciate and fully understand. In 2016 I took Dr. Grisanti's Functional Medicine University course. At first right afterwards I was excited and I helped quite a few but the ones who wouldn't follow through was sad.. I stopped reaching out so much abd stopped doing labs. I now just show them your , "No Grain No Pain" book and your YT links and advise them to stop eating any food that contain grains for 30 days. And lately I have started to advise them to try 30 days of Berberine and magnesium glycinate combo. I'm pretty confident to say that the majority of the population have autoimmune and or insulin resistance, and most, including MD's don't know it.
3/8/2024 The problem I'm experiencing, doctors need to look beyond what they were taught, and recognize that science DOES change. A pill doesn't help everything, looking at the route causes instead of treating the symptoms. Nutrition needs to be studied more, and focusing on gut health FIRST, is a must! Unfortunately, Functional Medicine approaches are not covered under most insurances, so testing for certain bio-markers are nonexistent. Doctors can't work with patients if their approach/knowledge doesn't change. I have IBS and have suffered for YEARS! Not a single doctor talked of the things I've researched on my own, VERY SAD!
The problem is simply the amount of chemical toxicity in our environment and the utter lack of nutrients in our food supply. Start with nutrient-dense regenerative grown foods that are higher in micronutrients in both quantity and variety. It takes 18 cups of broccoli to equal the nutrients that were found in 1 cup of that same broccoli at the turn of the 20th century. We are killing the microbes and insects in the soil and envrionment and those chemical residues are killing the microbes that make up the MAJORITY of our physical being. I believe THAT is the biggest reason for the rise in all disease, but especially autoimmune in the past 50 years. And I say that as someone with a family full of them, myself included.
Isn’t it astounding how many autoimmune problems including allergies are ubiquitous now? I think the root of the issue goes back to the food, medications including vaccines (the worst-especially with a certain HLA defect) and environments not suitable for humans (chemicals, microbes including mold, etc etc)
I think lupus is caused by severe allergies to toxins, chemicals, and environment. As a child I was allergic to poison ivy, sumac, corn, wheat, tomatos, mushrooms and mint. Dust, dust mites, insect bites, and cheap metals. I have S.L.E.
I love that you emphasized that we have plenty of calories but nutrient defiencies, and furthermore, you mentioned that those calories that are void of nutrients not only inhibit your immune system, they actually feed the invaders.
I believe if we tell ourselves we want to be well we will find what we need to make this happen set the intention and it will be shown to you best of all to you
Your video sums it all up very well. Previously I was eating a lectin-free diet. And I found out later that Gluten is a subset of lectins. Avoiding this was great for reducing inflammation and pain for me before and after my shoulder surgery. This video is something I've been trying to research my whole life. Your video sums it up perfectly. Thank you for this I love your video 💛💜🧸
Same for me. Every time in my life where I had skin itching I ditched gluten and it disappeared. That was weird because Dermatologyst gluten reaction tested negative (no reaction). Every time I binge on bread I fall asleep and wake up 8-10 hours later with fever, throat ache, inflammation and water retention and once I woke up with covid and high fever. Other carbs also made my skin itch while eating gluten. The moment I ditch gluten I can tolerate other carbs better

No citrus or tomatoes or ketchup. I stopped eating all of these. I feel better now. Start by doing a three day detox, then slowly change your diet. Historically, the British were most healthier during the second world war because of strick rationing. No suger, very little fat and red meat, hardly any sweets (candy). Limited amounts of full fat milk ect. To fill the gap, we ate plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Oh, and things like tobacco and spirits were also in very short supply. We were told to walk instead of riding the bus to save petrol. These people are still alive and living into their mid 90s.

I had a doctor check my vitamin levels and found that I was lacking vitamin c,d,b, zinc. I wanted to know the reason why I was low as I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. In my search I checked my gut and found out that it was far from healthy. I started my journey to fix my gut. My understanding is through some of the foods we eat our gut ends up getting hurt. I suffered with hyper thyroid for a long time and later developed psoriasis. I started trying to rebuilt my gut as from what I understood in the process I found out that your leaky gut ends up attacking and getting rid of good things you eat; for me it was fruits and certain vegetables. Once I worked on fixing my gut I noticed my skin started to get better. Not all by itself but with some steroids which never worked before. I think that it is key to get your gut health in order and avoid processed foods and sugars. I eat some gluten now and eat the same fruits and vegetables and my body is doing a lot better. with leaky gut i found that once in the system your body attacks it like it was bad for you and that is where you end up being deficient in vitamins.
He's telling the truth, like the female commenter stated. Most people don't want to put in the work and patience, to me it's like they don't love themselves enough , fight for your right to feel good in your body....cause no one really care about your misery . You're the one suffering, do your best effort to be pain free, outside of THE ALMIGHTY its the most valuable thing, it will heighten your spirit being 😊
Really? That is awesome. You know the pain. So you can help others who are undergoing such pathetic conditions by posting what you did. Please share if you want to help those sufferers❤🎉
I've watched generations demand the pill. The cure me... Brigade I went jogging. Did fasting. Worked hard in every property I owned. And got told. You wait til your my age.... I am now. Sugar is the biggest culprit of gut flora imbalances in my body. Night shades also cause havoc. Fast for 3 days to reset and then go through a process of elimination diet, it's hard work but worth it. Fix your health as it's written in the Bible "make straight the way for the Lord".
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND THE ONLY DOCTOR WORTH LISTENING TO. I have/had awful GI problems with life threatning anaphalaxic episodes resulting in being rushed to AA/emergency room but it seems the Drs do NOT know how to remedy this problem. My gp even told me that leaky gut was not a thing. I must say, the past 3 years of researching and self medicating that Peters work is so on point. It has all the information needed to fix yourself or pass on to your dr ‘not that they will listen’. I wish I had come across this 3y ago.
I am so used to being on the receiving end of gaslighting and have heard "there's no such thing as leaky gut" from a GP, plus more recently "we've already run enough tests for you" from the GP and being told by a colonoscopist "you don't have IBD and there is nothing wrong with the upper gut on your CT scan" before being dismissed from the service with a prescription of daily laxatives which cause a physical cramp in the gut. Two months later after speaking to a rare and wonderful GP, liver bloods were run, then repeated, then a referral to a Hepatologist, and now two autoimmune have been identified and they are querying IBD in the upper gut. She was stunned I had ordered NAC through my own research. I have learned so much over the past eight months about nutrition and the cause of autoimmune - already on the path to healing myself. Inspired by your story too. Perhaps it's our role in life to fully heal and baffle the medical profession with our amazing recoveries. They know not what they do.

Thank you Dr Osborne for your wonderful gift to all patients living with AIC . Thanks for giving hope and an empowering presentation which I am definitely going to work with for myself. Once I’ve mastered my condition my plan is to help others take control of their health journey.
I was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid syndrome after having 1 missed miscarriage and 1 miscarriage, and just had a stillbirth and was diagnosed with hellp syndrome and severe preeclampsia. Most doctors told me to just give up and look into surrogacy or adoption because I would be putting myself at risk every time I get pregnant. However, it wasn’t until one doctor told me that he truly believes I shouldn’t give up and that with a healthy diet and exercise daily, I will have a successful pregnancy. I have been surrounded by a lot of stresses such as an abusive mother, toxic home environment, etc. I really believe that once I change my mindset, change my home environment, eat healthier and cut out salt, and exercise daily that I can cure this sickness and have a healthy full term pregnancy 🙏

Followed by a fifth while bending over, in the hospital. It was a week, back at home, when I had back pain again. Went to the ER and was admitted with a compound fracture of L4 vertebrae, the 6th. @@simhifree2416 Cushings can be caused by a tumor which can only be cured with surgery. Or it may be caused by taking prednisone for a long period of time. Which is your situation?
Don’t have blood tests, let alone one ordered by and interpreted by a regular physician. Have a hair sample analysis interpreted by someone who knows how to interpret the numbers. For example, if blood tests show you have low copper, it’s because your body is overcompensating for high copper in the bones, organs, where copper levels are most important. Hair analysis shows what’s in the bones and organs, not what’s freely floating around in blood. General physicians (ie most who are not nutritionists or naturopaths) only interpret nutritional numbers within a narrow band of what’s “healthy.” For example, vitamin D levels are interpreted as normal when they are far too low, as that’s just the mark off for specific disease. Doctors aren’t taught nutrition, so don’t go to them for nutritional testing or advice.

I have RA. it took 12 years to get a diagnosis & here is part of the reason why.. I walked into the doctor's office one day & my shoulders hurt so bad, they were so swollen up that the doctor stopped at the door & I was across the room in the chair. He said WOW you look like you have shoulder pads under your skin.. I said I know & they hurt so bad & they are warm.. We did the inflammation test & it was normal? The same thing would happen with my other joints they wouldn't always be warm but they were swollen my knees swelled up so often I just thought it was fat :( I ended up tearing my meniscus in May of 2019 & had surgery in July Then in sept I tore my other meniscus & before the doctor could fix it I Tore the first one again. Although I had arthritis in both my knees I went from having some cartilage of a 20-year-old and not a candidate for a knee replacement at @53yrs old to needing a double knee replacement by December of that same year :( Now I will have to be on the hunt for a functional doctor & will medicare pay for it? prob not :(

Hello Dr O. About Potatoes, they are one of the healthiest foods on the planet, I have been told and I love them mixed with cauliflower and milk and butter and I can eat that all by itself and my dog loves it too. My own life experience says that foods my taste buds harden to, are foods that my body craves and will use to its best advantage. The whole idea that my body is a chemical processing plant is my own idea, that is an original and I think that my own self. nobody has to tell me that. However, you have way more education and knowledge than me and I have enjoyed learning and taking notes. I am old but I had a week of food poisoning last week so I want to restore my biome to its original working order. I do not take any meds, especially avoid nsaids and statins, poison.
I have celiac disease and after I was diagnosed and went gluten free, I had several other medical conditions go away such as severe swelling in my ankles and severe constant pain in my eye. Doctors didn't know what was causing the eye pain and leg swelling. I went to an eye doctor who had said my eye was fine, sent me to a neurologist who couldn't figure out what was causing my eye pain. Since going gluten free I my eye pain has gone away completely. The only time it came back was after I was accidentally exposed to gluten. Likewise, my ankles haven't swollen up since I went gluten free. (Technically it took 30 days for these symptoms to go away because that is how long it takes for gluten to leave your body.) Also, be warned, gluten settled in your joints and when I went gluten free every joint in my body hurt severely for a month. So if that happens, it's just part of the healing process.
Thank you doc. I definitely needed a refresher. My hip and knee are destroyed with arthritis. I'm not supposed to eat gluten and i have been . I've been in such pain. I'm back in my diet and healing but I'll never walk the same til i get my replacements.
Update. I've cut the carbs. Eating mostly egg, steak and grass fed hamburger. I was on tramadol for the pain. I'm walking now, narcotic free and my gf is like carnivore? I must say if I stray, the pain comes back.
Your gut health is vital. I got put on intravenous antiobotics for 9 weeks for cellulitis from a cat bite. The antiobotics destroyed my gut, I was literally starving to death, went from 190 to 89 pounds. My hair was falling out, severe nuropathy all over my body. It took me 18 months to start healing, with no help from doctors. Had to find holistic approaches to save my life. 3 doctors told me antiobotics didnt do this. They all tied into big pharma. I was dying and they only wanted to perscribe antidepressants for pain, and I couldnt even absorb them. God help us all. 🙏
So glad I stayed,I was told I have autoimmune disorder, but Dr. gave no thyriod full panel, even though, all the women in my family including my mom have the disorder, so frustrating for me
When l was 50 l was told l had underactive thyroid. At that time l was under severe stress. Anyway given levothyroxine 100mg. 4 years ago l was so against the ‘vaccine’ l decided l would not go to the doctor again and l would stop the meds. I told myself l would be fine and also asked the Universe to help me. Then l forgot about it and carried on my life. Now l had been told my hair would fall out, l would gain weight etc., well what a load of rubbish, l am very healthy, l look and feel good, thick hair good skin. I took the rubbish for 20 years and l am damn lucky it did not destroy my thyroid. I believe we can heal ourselves, but l question did l really have that.
I tried to stop my levothyroxin in 2019. I was having 100mcg and still do. When I stopped taking it, within 2 months, I was totally lethargic. I cannot do anything at all. I had to go to the doctor and re-establish to 100mcg. I am having all minerals and nutrients for autoimmune recommended on various utube videos for the last 4 to 5 years, no change from 100mcg.
@@vibhaspalding6457 Hi there,, l just saw next response to yours, the guy hopes he can be cured. I have to tell you that l truly believed, without any doubt l could stop the meds. It never once crossed my mind l would fail. But l truly believe also that what we think happens and if we doubt in any way then we will fail. It’s happened too in other respects. I truly believe in the power of the Universe,God, whatever you believe in. The Universe loves us and wants us to be healthy , wealthy and happy. Your faith is the key to all you wish for. Good luck. You can do it, but you have to really dedicate your mind to success. Try exercising too. Get busy don’t have time to even think about it. What do you have to lose.
I was taking 50mg of Levothyroxine for a year or so, never really felt better, then told to increase the dose. No talk about diet or lifestyle, no tests for vit/mineral deficiency. Ended up having a TIA (no lasting adverse effects luckily). I ended up with all the adverse side effects on the leaflet in the pkt, including the TIA! cut back on the Levithyroxine and stopped it altogether. Take a vit supplement that addresses the needs of the thyroid - never felt better. 😊
Rice is a grain but it does not feel in my system like it’s a problem. I have elimated potatoes because they are in the nightshade family. I don’t eat beans anymore. I don’t eat any grains whatsoever, but I do eat white rice because I have major Gastro issues. I’m so grateful hearing this information because I realize I wasn’t supplementing with B vitamins, or B12, because I noticed that biotin breaks my skin out terribly. Although nutritional yeast does not have the same affect on me I was adding nutritional yeast in juice, but then I cut out sugars. I stopped buying juice, therefore, no more nutritional yeast, which was a big mistake. I’ would put my nutritional yeast an apple juice because to me it taste better in apple juice than anything else . I am buying the vitamin B tablets supplements, but I am definitely going have to go back to the nutritional yeast because I think that is more bio available and natural for my system. Plus, I was not taking vitamin B 12. . I will be buying more beef liver or calf liver because I love it and that’s very important for nutrients and minerals. You notice whenever an animal attacks its prey it always eats the liver first because that’s where it’s going to get its minerals, vitamins, and all the nutrients it needs. So thank goodness for these videos from Dr. Osborne very enlightening.
Try and buy a bioavailable B complex. One that has methylfolate not folic acid. All grains (except organic) are fortified with vitamins (law enacted 1992) and have folic acid added. Many people have impaired methylation and folic acid impairs methylation further. Might as well get the form that is easiest for the body to use. Mega dosing with vitamin B1 has protective properties for the body.
Today by accident I pulled my CoQ10 out on my counter and it rolled right to a magnet on the counter 😱😱😱 I checked all the rest and they too were magnetic like they have metal in them 😮😮😮. This is not right so I am putting a magnet to all my supplements now 😡😡😡
Plants don’t have as much available nutrition as people have been told. Vegetarian is more sustainable than vegan. But if they’d not only add eggs and fish but organ meats, they’d be so much healthier. Of course many people are allergic to eggs or dairy, so you have to adjust around that. Grains and veg oils are bad news and are starvation foods.
Vegetarians don’t eat anything with a face. Eggs (ie boneless chicken) come from hens which have a face and last time I looked so do fish. Never been healthier or had a clearer conscience since I gave up eating flesh. I’m ashamed to also admit I was a farmer’s daughter. Animals are terrified of humans when penned up and know there going to slaughter. Grow the crop and eat that. Don’t grow the crop to feed the animals and eat them - unnecessary and wasteful rearing animals to eat when countless other fruit and vegetables options.

Hi, this past year I have been dealing with similar issues. I cut gluten out of my diet completely and have had some success in managing most of these issues. At the beginning of the year exzema flared up so badly, I had it all over my body, where I used to only have it on my hands. I was swollen everywhere and my sleep was terrible. At one point my skin was leaking seeping fluid, the inflammation was so bad. I tried many different elimination diets. What has helped the most so far is getting rid of gluten. No more noticeable inflammation ( I lost 10 pounds I believe from the inflamation alone) exzema is 90% gone and I started sleeping better. It's not a cure all as I think I may have leaky gut now. But it's worth giving a try. Realizing that gluten was PART of the issue, it's opened my eyes to how vital it is to be diligent in what we put into our bodies. All the doctors I spoke with suggested steroids. It started with creams, I used creams for years until things got so out of control they offered me pills and then shots. I said nope! I wanted to get to the root of the problem. I've found that the drs aren't much help and have had to help cure myself. I apologize this is so long.
Found that a ketovore diet has helped celiac, hoshimoto, and dry eyes. My brother and sister doctor stopped arthritis medication for them. My sisters dr stopped the c pap breathing machine! So many benefits from changing from the standard American diet to keto or carnivore. Help yourself!
Greetings Brother. You are telling the whole truth. Keep enlightening your people. We really need to hear this truth for real. OMG, I'm listening to you for the very FIRST time...and I agree about what you said about the curly hair and it grows upward...because, this type of Energy hair is the ANTENNA. If you notice curly hair reaches for the upward atmosphere all around for melanin, high carbon beings. Also, you notice that curly NEVER grows downwards....because we don't belong to the ground/earth. We belong to the "Heavens" the upward atmosphere, which is why we are called "Crystal Light Carbon". And, beings with straight hair grow towards the ground..., because those types of beings to the earth...which is a material place. This is why they are consumed with everything material.
Your guidance is so helpful. So many people just accept the status-quo from the provider and don't think they can do better. When my husband's neurologist tells him "Charcot Marie Tooth Disease had no treatment and no cure...see you in 6 months." I walk out of that appointment and think what a crock...why do we even waste our time and energy? When I walk into my Functional Medicine Physician's office, I KNOW that I am going to be seen, to be believed and will be helped (as long as I am willing to do the work needed.)

Thank you for sharing the wonderful results you got from trusting yourself!

I believe we all should be given this information from our primary western medicine doctors. it's a crime that we have to seek out this info by ourselves. most humans are not smart enough conscious enough to link there food with there health.
I ate like shit in my twenties. came around in my thirties. and really didn't dial it in until the last year.

Most drs feel intimidated by conversations started with information they choose not to expose themselelves to, nutrition, wellness, etc etc etc and shut it down. My experience 3x in last month.
Beyond that, how insane that nonallopathic/pharma information often not just ridiculed but censored

Here because my Dad sent me this video. It has been one of the most informative videos I’ve seen on the topic thus far. Thank you so much!
Wrong kind of food, stress ,no excercise and indisciplined way of life are the root causes of all the diseases.
Good job

Maybe eating too much oxalate? See TOXIC SUPERFOODS by Sally K Norton.
Try an elimination diet (proper human diet) 100% grass fed and finished beef diet. Literally eating nothing but beef, beef organs and eggs if you so desire. And if you want to make it even more elimination, eat only the yolks and not the whites. Pasture raised, organic eggs of course
Wonderful you have eliminated the toxic pans, would Zeolite help you rid toxic pfas faster, perhaps ? I hope all is back on the mend!

Spoken like a true scientist, like myself. Amen.

Ditched the girl and went back to my health diet (and finally got some sleep)...,
all those symptoms went away again - it was like the light-switch and me turning it on/off with y life choices and especially diet.

I think it's because we do not ferment our grains
3/8/2024
The problem I'm experiencing, doctors need to look beyond what they were taught, and recognize that science DOES change.
It is all business. They want perpetual customers not healed patients.
100%true
And some say food has nothing to do w it lmfao
It makes kind of sense
The chemical toxicity of our food but most importantly, the toxins that are injected into our bodies ....
👍👍👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯💯💯💯👍
Isn’t it astounding how many autoimmune problems including allergies are ubiquitous now? I think the root of the issue goes back to the food, medications including vaccines (the worst-especially with a certain HLA defect) and environments not suitable for humans (chemicals, microbes including mold, etc etc)
Shots are what's causing it most of all. Unnatural to have substances go into our body that way
Absolutely government s no that they are gene selecting
I think lupus is caused by severe allergies to toxins, chemicals, and environment. As a child I was allergic to poison ivy, sumac, corn, wheat, tomatos, mushrooms and mint. Dust, dust mites, insect bites, and cheap metals. I have S.L.E.
Lol
Vaxes for sure. Many Drs hav said we are getting things that can only be introduced to our bodies.
Thank you Dr Osborne for all your excellent, life giving teachings. Many many thanks 🙏🙏
I love that you emphasized that we have plenty of calories but nutrient defiencies, and furthermore, you mentioned that those calories that are void of nutrients not only inhibit your immune system, they actually feed the invaders.
I believe if we tell ourselves we want to be well we will find what we need to make this happen set the intention and it will be shown to you best of all to you
Ironically, the Obesity epidemic is one of malnutrition
Your video sums it all up very well.
Previously I was eating a lectin-free diet. And I found out later that Gluten is a subset of lectins. Avoiding this was great for reducing inflammation and pain for me before and after my shoulder surgery.
This video is something I've been trying to research my whole life. Your video sums it up perfectly.

The moment I ditch gluten I can tolerate other carbs better
gluten is a protein as are lectins.

My Dr disregarded this- I insisted on digestive enzymes ( which you can buy over the counter, I know now)... And my health has drastically improved. I am 62 years old.
I had my gall bladder removed and was suffering with sudden urge to use the bathroom and severe stomach cramps. I did some research and found that ox bile and choline with a 40 billion traits of probiotics was what worked for me. Could not digest fats, canola oil, salmon, gluten and watermelon.

Sugar is the biggest culprit of gut flora imbalances in my body. Night shades also cause havoc. Fast for 3 days to reset and then go through a process of elimination diet, it's hard work but worth it. Fix your health as it's written in the Bible "make straight the way for the Lord".
You’re the best ! We love you for all your contributions Dr Osborne!❤

Follow a keto diet it will help in getting pregnant. Do the research

Presently , I'm in the hospital to get kyphoplasty on my 6th and 7th fractured vertebrae. Since February, my shoulder and 2 vertebrae were repaired or replaced. Then two more. Followed by a fifth while bending over, in the hospital. It was a week, back at home, when I had back pain again. Went to the ER and was admitted with a compound fracture of L4 vertebrae, the 6th. While in hospital, the 7th broke. A hospitalist diagnosed that I have Cushing's. Idk if a urine test for my cortisol level was done. I think it's the based on the symptoms.

Although I had arthritis in both my knees I went from having some cartilage of a 20-year-old and not a candidate for a knee replacement at @53yrs old to needing a double knee replacement by December of that same year :( Now I will have to be on the hunt for a functional doctor & will medicare pay for it? prob not :(

Gluten can cause these issues in some people. I’d try to eliminate it. I had issues and have felt better and skin issues I had disappeared
(Technically it took 30 days for these symptoms to go away because that is how long it takes for gluten to leave your body.)
Also, be warned, gluten settled in your joints and when I went gluten free every joint in my body hurt severely for a month.

Have to say, that prior to 2019, I was on 175mcg.I was able to get to 100mcg over about a year 2018/2019. But after that no improvement.

Organic grass fed liver. Not corp/corn fed animals.

However the animals’ ingested toxins accrue in liver and organs, more than muscle tissue - so eating the ex. liver is a mixed ‘blessing’

I got shingles at 32 and I have what has been diagnosed as psoriasis, so far. I’ve talked to 4 different doctors and the most insight I’ve gotten is to use steroids. I’ve been dizzy/vertigo, tired, joints swollen, losing hair, I have had plaques on my feet and scalp. It feels like no one believes me. It’s frustrating.
Also, I had shingles at age 16.
