Joshua is running around with nearly as much lean muscle mass as a golden era bodybuilder (70s - they were all doped to the gills) whilst training as a professional boxer. His fat free mass index is close to 27. A study done on bodybuilders found that there's pretty much a hard cap of 25 for natural bodybuilders (using professional bodybuilders from the pre-steroid era as a sample size, and even then many of those guys were possibly dabbling in the very early anabolics).

It's just difficult for some to accept that others are simply made differently. Anyone in this comment section could take steroids for their whole lives and not look like this man.
