I am now facing my battles, emotional battle to be exact. I cried to the Lord and asked Him to help me then i searched "pastor" which is si Pastor Bong talaga hinahanap ko, hindi ko lang naaalala ang name. Lumabas ang video na to kahit 1 year ago na, lumabas kahit "pastor" lang sinearch ko. God is truly amazing. Ipinakita Nya sakin ang sagot sa mga tanong ko. He's really listening to our prayers and sinasagot nya talaga. Now, I'm going to watch this preaching and hope na malinawan ako and hindi na magpadala sa emotion which is my problem now. Nothing is impossible with God and truly His ears are always open to listen to His children.

Nagtutulog tulugan ako tapos ginigising ako ng kuya ko, kase mag sstart yung Bible Study samin. Nag papatugtog ako dito sa youtube nang biglang nag auto play at itong video ang nag play. Thanks Lord kase hindi mo hinayaan matalo ako ng damdaming hindi nag mumula sayo, salamat Lord kase yung pinaka intro palang nag rema na agad sakin, Salamat dahil sayo napapangalagaan ko yung SALVATION KO💖
huwag masyado magpapadala sa emotion kung meron tayong mga desire hindi tayo dapat mag worry kung para talaga sayo ibigay yan ni God kung iyan na talaga ang will niya

Thank you God for leading me here, I was depressed because of my ill condition of my heart, makes me sad because seeing my family, worried, stressed and tired because of whats going on to me, for day by day my illness is getting worse, though I'm grateful to God even these things are going on, it made my family slowly getting united and because of my illness also I got closer to God than ever before which gives me joy to my heart, so whatever happens in life

I felt so broken and my emotions always interrupt me that leads mo to anxiety everyday but I know God leads me here because he wants me to hear a word from him that can actually help me to ease this feelings 😀
Just always submerges yourself into His Words
God really speak to His people. Nowadays, we, young people are depending on our emotions. We decide based on our feelings and when the consequences of that wrong decision comes after us, we have the tendency to question God, why is this happening? It's such a big blessing to hear this preaching. I'm the boss of my emotion and God is my boss.🤍
GOD speaks His words not by delivering by other people because the BIBLE is STILL and ALWAYS available.. Sabi nga dun sa isang preacher "No one and no person can interpret the BIBLE except the HOLY SPIRIT reason why it is our obligations to read the BIBLE DAILY" We are created by God and anyone can able talk to God if they want to.. Ang problema kasi ngayon is we rely on others lalo na sa words ni God.. We think that they are better than us kasi dami nilang wisdom pero hndi, anf nka angat skanila is ngbabasa sila ng Bible tayo hndi kasi we are busy on social media. We are busy but we are not productive kaya we feel always empty..
When you are reading the BIBLE, the Bible Reads you.. Kaya tatamaan ka tlga every words pero it offers relief, assurance, promises, renewal and love ba hndi maibigay ng tao.. ❤️

It’s 5am I woke up not feeling well, I don’t know but My anxious mind really trying to put me down but thank God for showing me this vid., Prayer: Lord, I don’t understand what is going on in my mind, I don’t understand why I have this anxious mind and it is really horrible feeling! Please take this from me Lord, You are my helper,my redeemer and my saviour and I believe that You can heal me. This battle is not mine Lord but Yours. Thank you in Jesus name I pray amen!

I'm in a rollercoaster with my emotions lately. God lead me to this for a reason today. I've used my emotions far too much that it deprived me from being happy and getting what I deserve. It'll take time to adjust, but one step at a time. Let go and let God, always.

When i was in my twenties, i was consumed with this enormous emotions and struggles to overcome my anxieties, my depressions and insecurities. Everyday i cried and everynight i read my bible. I hold on to the promises of the Lord. And i can attest to his goodness and protection to me and my family. Hold on and it will be over.

Weeks ago I've started to doubt my self about how can I change my full self into something accepted by the community. And also I doubted myself about the man I like, He was my friend through day by day chatting to each other I fall for him, but I can't confess my feeling because I'm afraid that he avoid me and cut connection between us.
There's a feeling on my heart that he still love his ex, because he still reacted on post and updated whatever his exes posted,
I woke one day when I reply on his message and waiting the whole day for his respond but what hurt is that he's online about an hour ago but he never seen my chat, at this point I'm I'm very devasted.
Thankyou God for showing me this video, I learned a lot I know it's not easy but I will boss my feeling this time.

Same here😭😭 having a hard time to anxiety and depression, and now I'm being broken to a person that i thought it will last and stay until the end but this very moment she left me , because she blame me on all the trials and problem we went through in our relationship and it's drive me crazy my emotions drive me crazy , IAM always questioning myself what I've done wrong . i let my emotions take me for so long and i end up in pain, suffering that even my family and my little baby are also suffering more than i am.... im experiencing post partum deppression and let it grow in me until now. Pure emotion...all negative.. i just felt the thirst for something and good thing i found this... a spiritual thirst..i miss CCF so much. i hope for God to rule my whole being so that i will become the better me, the right mother for my son.. 'coz i know he don't deserve a kind of mother i am right now. May God lead and stay with me for me to win this battle and i hope someone out there help to pray for me.. thank you and GOD BLESS us all.
Just put your trust in God.cry out to God to expose all your feelings that will relieve your feelings.trust also in yourself because all of us are different & we have our own strength.I pray this repeatedly when I am so down 'LORD GIVE ME ENOUGH STRENGTH/ COURAGE & WISDOM' until I regained my strength. I also sing worship song to fill me with the HOLY SPIRIT & to push away evil spirits. Because our bad emotions are temptations of satan to pull us apart from God & to distract our focus on God.
But it is the time we should hold on to God & put our trust on Him.

I am having an issue in where I don't know why I feel so sad and lonely before or while I'm having my period. I don't hate this feeling cause it's really affect myself and my ability to work. this message is truly for me. Right, my EMOTIONS really destroyed me and that’s what i’ve been dealing for the past few weeks and finally victorious over it last night while talking and crying out to the Lord. I HATED MY FATHER FOR HATING OTHER PEOPLE. yes, i hated may biological father because of his bitterness towards other people and that made me bitter too. I came to the point na manhid na ako(literally), alam mo yon kahit nakikita ko na siyang nahihirapan sa sakit niya pero ako wala lang pakialam. God constantly talked and reminded me NOT to feel this kind of emotion because i am a Christian. “Christian ka na so why are you doing that”.. truly God is true to His promises that He will not leave nor forsake us and i felt that because of his constant reminder.. This is my testimony to every believer and i pray that God will continue to give me wisdom how to deal with my emotions .Pray for me also to be more patient. God bless!

this preach is very timely. tama ka pastor bong na dont let emotions destroy you or else you will FALL DEEP. you remind me to focus again on god's blessings & still be good towards people kahit paulit ulit pa kasi ito ang TAMA. at the end of the day, when everything else fail, God is still there waiting for us to come back, HOME. Thank you Pastor Bong for this topic Emotions....that I was reminded on what had happened on me when my brothers bullied and disrespect me by blocking on what I am sharing or adking questions about their personal and worldly plans but I always remembered what Lord Jesus said...forgive them for they don't know what they are doing so I ignored and left them without any argument...do if you have the fruits of the Holy Spirit you have self control and have excuses and forgive them...

I literally drain by my emotion. I wanted to have this job long ago but when the time had come I was hired and I accepted the job position.
I am not excited nor happy accepting this job but i prayed this job before huhuhu and today I am struggling with my emotion I want to go back with my previous job.
I am so happy with my previous job and now that I've got this new job I am currently not happy, I am so drained and always feel exhausted.
I don't know what to do. 😭😭😭😭
