Transforming Wheat Straw into Paper

Join us as we take you through the production process of our straw paper.
We begin in our workshop, where our pilot plant produces unbleached paper pulp from the straw. When it's ready, the straw paper pulp is sent to Frogmore Mill. The paper is produced by Two Rivers Paper Co with a mixture of straw pulp (20%) and recycled paper pulp.

Wow ...Amazing...Help us ...We have to stop stubble burning....Every year 100 million or more stubble burn in our country....pollution is major issue in the world I don’t want to take it as business..but I want to stop stubble burning...please Sir Guide us..Because your experience is more than us....And Thank you so much sir you are doing Great job✌️🌍✌️

just wondering. do they use anything to make the "pulp" stick together better ? or do they just use lime or something to whiten it and then just press it ?

1.Do you guys want to cut the bleach usage?Well,cooking wheat fibers in a 12% caustic soda solution for 2 hours can make it a little bit whiter.
2.You can also do that with cogon,a pesky weed growing in U.S.,Japan and Philippines.

Can you send in the details of this process if you have as I am interested to have a startup for this . Much needed for Indian Subcontinent and a major problem as we have a serious environmental issue due to the burning of the same in the states of Punjab, Haryana and Uttarpradesh. Huge market for the raw material. not sure of the awarness of the people for the final product and its cost effectiveness. Still please share the info.
