With the advent of "Skyfall," it has either toppled the tie, OR created a four-way!!!! You used my list...Mr. Luis, and "Well Done!" Thank you for doing honor to such fabulous material!!!

Wow what an incredible series of medleys! Masterful job. If there's a part 4, I'd be curious to hear how Die Another Day might sound with an orchestra. It would also be fun to throw in Herb Alpert's theme from Casino Royale 1967. You also had a hint of John Barry's "007 Theme" after Octupussy on Medley Part 1; it would be nice to hear that full theme.

It's an English Horn (or Cor Anglais), an instrument from the oboe family. Its pitch is lower than the normal oboe with a mystic and melancholic sound.

Why is 40% of your orchestra comprised of the violin? Would only one, by itself, be really too weak?
The sound and timbre of the orchestra would be very different to now, if we would use less violins :)
