There is an ancient saying that old folks used to say when I was a kid a long time ago: "Always eat your peas with your potatoes." (It increases usable protein in the body.) So Pea and Spud truly belong together. They increase the amount of usable love in this wonderful family.

Bad breeding is a definite problem, especially with Frenchies being the breed of the moment. WAY too many with physical problems. And shorter lived.
SHALA ... my old neighbors BOUGHT a Frenchie for the soul purpose to breed! They paid over 5k for the stud sperm from Europe. I was so grossed out (as I have ONLY rescued and fostered). So on my old car I painted on my car and parked it out front ADOPT ONLY.... BREEDING KILLS! Needless to say they were very pissed off... oh well! They moved about 3 months after 😅
Go to a rescue centre you will get a dog that appreciates you not a trophy dog

I have fostered two dogs. The first one, who was five when he came, stayed 8 years. My current one has been here for almost 4. I decided I had better not foster any more dogs. Currently I have two pairs of foster cats. . .
My first foster was a failure we foster a senior cat and fell on love she has the spirit of a kitten I couldn't let her go😢 now she's mine ❤

But we also love fosters. If they all kept all the babies no one would have room / time / energy / resources to foster. It’s ok to not keep them all.
I found long ago to always get a puppy when my older dog starts getting older.
It really does revive the older pet and typically gives the older dog new spirit.

I think we need more understanding toward our animals I have a dog now going on 7 years she really wanted to be a mom and I let her go I cared so much I still do she had one other one and it was breach and died for her to go through this as I have a similar traffic and part of hers she's spoiled and I give her all the love 💕 after all dogs all go to heaven 🎉😢so just like two of my children her puppies and well children will meet her as I love her she loves I we need to be concerned as if it's us it's fits with us god doesn't make mistakes . Your puppy are so 🎉😂😮😢😅😊❤ happy and it brought a brightness to 🕯️ love for the truth is it holds within them in our hearts 💖🥰 cute 🎉
I let the puppies go not her oops I have her forever chosen we and they are there helping us to realize there is so much we have to acknowledge life is a learned or learning lesson it is wonders of the world 🌍😜 to be 😢😮😅😊❤🎉so we are so blessed so are they we made it to be apart of the gift of knowing a ceiling truth what we all need love . My now passed Rottweiler was 10 when I brought home a German shepherd puppy. It was the spark she needed as well. To see my ole gal playing like a puppy again was just amazing.

This is great, HE is great. When I first started watching this I was thinking “If that was me it would be a foster fail”. I thought she would be stronger but I was so thrilled when she decided to keep him. It had to be that way or she would have missed him so much when he left. Congratulations on your new “baby”.

Reminds me of my dad puppy and my brother dog, my brother dog was 7 years old at the time and the puppy was only a few months old. So none of the digs got along at first since he wasn't used to the puppy engery, he was use to the laid back energy he had with my mom dog.
And overtime they have gotten along much more, at first we couldn't leave the two alone with each other because he has hurt her (nothing serious at all) when she was bugging him. But now we don't since he has learned she isn't like my mom dog so he needs to be gentle. And it was honestly crazy seeing him play with her the way she wants to play. Since he hadn't played with my mom dig in a long time since hes old.
Well despite his old age, on paper he has the body of a 2-year old. So he is perfectly capable of keeping up with the puppy, he just chooses to keep layed back and live the life of luxury he has. We actually did have a moment where the vet said he had a possibility of only living two more years left in him. But he still has a lot left to give, so the puppy gets a lot more years with to continue playing with him. And today shes a year old and hes 8 years old and they still continue to play, and shes learned from him how to give kisses (which is basically just one of the dogs licking the other dog face) and she loves doing that as a way of inviting him to play
