OMG, it's SOOO cute! I want one! I wonder if it would snuggle up with me on the couch and watch movies... It's like a little pot-bellied piglet in an armoured shell, and it's so adorable when it rolls up into a ball
Thank you so much for posting this! My students in South Korea loved learning about Brandy the Armadillo and to see how she can roll into a ball :D Keep posting and we will keep watching!
Ooooh, so cool. I became really interested in these creatures last year, in 2022. I realized I knew nothing about them. I've since been watching a lot of videos about them. I'm in Ohio, and maybe one of our many Zoos have them, but I never researched that. This was a very informative video, thank you.
Looking up this beautiful animal because my dog was just going insane almost waking up the whole neighborhood over one. It was cute and hissed at my husband and I.
Leprosy was just a fad, I had it back in the 80's until I realized it wasn't cool anymore along with my hyper color shirts & my parachute pants....I was thinking of bringing it back in style.
We have one that comes out everyday and hangs out on our porch. 9 banned. It lets us pet it. We named it Pango after a Pangolin. My son posted a video on here somewhere.
I could have sworn he missed a band when he was counting. Then I realised that he was counting the bits between the bands. Armadillos -smooth on the inside, crunchy on the outside. Armadillos.
Damn, I am happy to learn about that leprosy comment because being here in Florida I would have loved to touch an armadillo if I had the chance but for sure now, I would not.
I just left the gas station, and my arm fell off while I was pumping gas. Now that I watched this video, I realize that leprosy is what caused my arm to fall off. Knowledge is power! Lol
So.... I am here because Drawfee just did a video drawing animals Hank Green wishes were real. One of them was the armadilhole. He felt that regular armadillos were too polite. That inspired me to look up a regular polite armadillo. I have not seen any videos of them.
hi, would it be okay to use a portion of the video as a short video clip to show our Kindergarten students what an armadillo looks like in real life. Thanks
In some parts of the world they are a delicacy unfortunately. I was Lucky enough to see few in the wild as a kid and I was amazed how different this creatures were from anything I’d seen before.
Hunting different types of animals, birds and reptiles and preparing food from them plays a key and important role in all the books and stories of Jules Verne… but in The Children of Captain Grant book at page 164 he written Robert Grant hunt Armadillo Verne saying: The strange back bowl, which was a valuable animal and had its own frying pan, was put on a sharp fire… i feels sickness in my stomach… how could be possible even thinking to eat such a animal like this one.. clearly Shows that Jules Verne eat everything’s and he described it in his stories
Armadillo : 👁️👄👁️

"You can tell he's 3 banded because look, 1.. 2.. 3 bands on his back"
*shows an Armadillo with 4 bands*
😂😂
You're looking at it wrong.
It's the spaces in-between the lines that are the "bands"
Look at it again when it's uncurled. There's 3 bands.
Dude your Pokémon Ball is alive!
Yea
INCREDIBLE, he's the most fascinating land mammal that ever IS or will be!

No definitely not I mean it’s cool but it ain’t that fascinating
