1st case: Plaintiff is entitled and needs to live a life unencumbered by a phone stuck to her EGO and her little fan base (less than 500K) or she's going to get hit by a vehicle and lose her life. She's clueless. Grow UP. 🙄
Case #2: Small dogs like a Maltese are people dogs that require company all the time. I had 2 small dogs that barked while I wasn't home. I was shocked, but took care of it.
I have a neighbor whose dog HOWLS 23 HOURS A DAY AND NIGHT NOT JUST BARK BUT HOWLS. HE MUST SLEEP ONLY 1 HOUR. THE ONLY TIME HE IS QUIET IS WHEN THEY GO AWAY OR PUT HIM IN THE GARAGE IN WINTER. NO ONE HAS FILED A REPORT EVENTHOUGH THE DOG IS BEYOND ANNOYING WE JUST TOLERATE IT THE DOG IS WORSE WHEN CHILDREN OR PEOPLE OR OTHER DOGS PASS HIS FENCED IN AREA HE IS ALSO A VERY LARGE DOG.
Case 1: another entitled (in her own mind) person. Case 2: I think a more fair ruling would be some measure of monetary judgement now, and a higher amount if the dog is still yapping after the 60 days. It would have been great if the plaintiff in this case had submitted a recording of the dog's non-stop noise.
She shouldn't have been vlogging/blogging. What if it had been a car? She shouldn't be on her phone when walking and crossing the street. She's giving all her attention to the phone instead of watching her surroundings. I'm sure she had her earphones in her ears vlogging/blogging and not paying attention!!! She wasn't in a crosswalk either. Maybe she will be more cautious next time!!!
