USD prices in the video. Lots of Canadian online stores have booster boxes for well below msrp. Hobbiesville, cardboardhero, zephyr epic, etc. Theres a bunch.
The days of waiting for reprints to buy on the dips (for investing sealed) are long gone now. We are gonna see averaging up, as new price base levels will be established.... well at least to Team Rocket set.
Im waiting surging spark, price went from 120-140 real quick but listing are already coming down. Im sure it will be around 100 before the end of the month. Once stores get product in and the panic settles. But yeah never miss a preorder. Buy a box or two and forget about it.
If youre up rn due to unrealized gains and yet carrying month over month interest on debt then please my pokepeoples don't be afraid to take some profit. Mind you, it's very common to use debt to invest but at least file your taxes properly if you do. All the best!
yeah youre doing it all wrong bro. good looking out but like. this sounds like a personal experience or someone you know thats close. if its you bro. stop buying dude. you have a gambling addiction and its not just a term used for fun in your case anymore. nah bro if youre going into DEBT. like going broke till next paycheck is one thing. but DEBT. for POKEMON CARDS. you need to help yourself and give the hobby a rest no matter how triggering watch the market and card prices rise are. like house always wins bro. yeah sure you get lucky pulls and it feels like a win. but deep down you know you're losing and house always wins. its a hobby. not a religion that costs you more money than you own or some shit like its not that serious lmao. respectfully, go be crazy about stacking your money instead of pokemon cards and to whoever has a DEBT problem with this gambling/collecting hobby seek help for yourself and respect yourself and your future enough not to do this to yourself. like i said tho. if you can go broke for a few days and be alright and youre just so addicted whatever. im guilt of that. but im not guilty of credit card debt or any kind of debt. i owe no one nothing. i pay my little entertainment fee and then i save the rest of my money. that being said. i spent $30 on fusion strike and got a gengar VMAX alt art, $50 on 151 and got charizard SIR, aaaand i spent $70 on crown zenith and got giratina VSTAR alt art. i started collecting this year at like the end of september or beginning of october 😛😛😛ive put in maybe 1.6k after shipping and these bunk prices. cool pulls but ill never make my money back. thats the entertainment fee. i have a few sealed products ill be holding until im 60. those sealed products are about half my total investment id say. so in all im not down too bad and ive definitely gotten some good entertainment getting all the exact pulls i wanted in a short amount of time. idk how down bad other people are but i feel pretty lucky. its this kind of luck is what drives people to go into debt and waste too much money on pokemon. getting that special card you wanted and wanting it to happen for all the cards you want. makes you blind to just how many packs you opened that didnt have anything. so many packs out there get opened and theres no chase card. no special rare art. just holos and reverse holos. dont go into debt people. its not worth it. you wont win
next thing you know youre day dreaming about owning either a IRL shop and an online one and you cant afford that when youre in debt and never had the right amount of money to begin with. its just not what you were meant to do at that point. your life has another calling bro
@@RinxSyzygy I also got into pokemon in September when I purchased a sealed UPC 151 for 140 cad. I've since added 6 pokemon centre etbs and 2 prismatic PC etbs. All of this capital coming from recent profit taking in stocks like LUNR and HIVE as well as some crypto gains off Solana. I'm using the actual equities and asset names just to give as much insight into how prudent I am with my investments. When you don't have money, which was all of my life, you chase it. When you come into money or maybe if you're born into money you then look to defend it. In my experiences it seems far easier for those who have money. For they can also add in more to defend their positions and lower their DCA but when you chase money it's usually for a cause and that cause is time sensitive and may result in selling at a loss.

Surging sparks is mid stop with this nonsense that it’s a great set..the main chase card is a giant pikachu with an all white background with some grass…stop
Sell nothing, buy EVERYTHING
😂
Took the words right from my mouth. Absolutely true.
I approve of this message
It’s Snacktime!
The crazy part is the new cheap to buy sets are gonna be worth the most. In 10 years a paradox rift will be $1000 easy
I hope the store I buy from gets some Prismatic Eeveelutions preorders back in stock, sold out before I even saw them lol
Yea I think it will
I saved up and got 1 case of Surging Sparks and two more booster boxes to open. I wasn't able to get any of the new Eevee PC ETBs.
Are you using CAD or USD in your videos? Also, as a fellow Canadian, how are you finding booster boxes below msrp?

No talk about prismatic evo?
He made a short video about it yesterday already 🤟 go check it out
Just talked about it yesterday
Love surging sparks.
you said that prismatic evolutions was coming out in 2025, and then proceeded to say that it had been sold out yesterday? im so confused.
The Pokémon Center exclusive etb preorder on Pokemon Center website sold out in just a few hours on friday
He still got paid greed is real
Not greedy at all. Its good business
I feel like after surging sparks hits they going to flood stores and it’ll drop in price
I picked up shrouded fable etb for 25 usd at my local card shop. They look a loss. Put it back to 30 after that case sold lol
ok ok ok you convinced me to get more BB surging lol.
I wonder if there haven’t been reprints bc Pokémon is printing tons of prismatic
great vid 👍
Hopefully people stop supporting pokene then that is called greed
lol. Its not greed, its good business
@ guess since I’m on the consumer side feels like greed to me lol but yaa ur right

Buy early hold until you get the percentage gain you need then move it. Eventually it all goes up. Keep ripping everyone!😂
Exactly
Sell mother, buy Pokémon.
Lol
Nope rift crown and force are cheap and base
