Thanks for more great memories Andy. I dig Sgurr na Fheartaig many times when we had a house at Strathcarron. I must say the little bridge over the allt a’ chonais was a lot more rickety on my walks....my collie preferred to swim it !
What views to the lovely coulin forest hills and further north to Torridon. Your videos never disappoint.

Thanks Frank. Yeah, it was pretty quiet, and that wobbly bridge was a laugh, just praying the slats didn't snap all the way over. Cheers.

Hi Andy brilliant video great footage what a day great hike I absolutely love that area I camped on top of Beinn Tharsainn at the lochan on top one year great views it brought back good memories thanks mate the footbridge didn’t look safe thou lol

Thanks Andrew. That bridge was well wobbly, and the wires being at the edges of the wood make it feel like the slats could snap at any time. I've not done much camping on the hills, I'll have to get into it before tackling the remote areas like Knoydart. Cheers.

@@andy-astro I am no expert but my brother does a lot of backpacking the one thing is go light as possible ultralight outdoor is a good shop but the lighter gear can be more expensive but it’s good fun I am off backpacking in torridon soon so every now and then it’s a bit of an adventure good fun but I do like the comfort of a pub lol

Hi Andy, Beautiful... such a terrific remote area. I've always thought the view across to "Cheesecake" from your second top is one of the best. It's certainly a good walk out when you turn for home and the railway crossing is always a welcome sight. Cheers, Charlie

Thanks Charlie. Yeah, it's a terrific view over to cheesecake, well worth the long walk in and out. I noticed on the way back that the rope/wire bridge had fallen down, and been replaced 20m upstream from last time I was in the area. Hope it didn't fall down while someone was crossing it. Cheers.

A fine pair of Corbetts Andy. Good memories of ma trip last year... You ever oot in the clag. You always nail the weather. 😉😎

Thanks Kevin. If it looks like the day I'm out will be cloudy, I just give Zeus a shout and he clears it up for me.😀🌩. I do get the occasional claggy day though, last time i was in the area doing the two Munros, Sgurr Choinnich and Sgurr a'Chaorachain, it was clagged in. I don't enjoy the clag though so tend to follow the weather when possible. Cheers.

A fine pair of Corbett's Andy! I wonder if I'm lucky enough to get round the munros if I start the Corbett's? The views from the second top are amazing! Nice weather again mate! Paul

Absolutely, or at least the exciting and iconic ones. I'm hoping to get round all the Munros and Corbetts at some point. The Corbetts are particularly good in winter months when the Munros are so far away. I'm not a fan of travelling, so having Corbetts to do nearby is too tempting when I can't be bothered to drive for hours. An added bonus is they are usually much quieter. Cheers.
