I was skeptical about this but tried it anyways. Just had it with ghee rice and this is he most heavenly, divine and comforting chicken curry I've ever had. Thank you ❤
To all the westerners out there, the onion used is red indian onion it is the monopoly of this dish or any other indian dish especially curries. The onion that usually find in western supermarket are totally different
I noticed that Hyderabadi recipes are unlike other Indian recipes, you basically just chuck everything in and cook it all in one go. Is there a reason for this special method or are they just always hungry there and can't wait too long, haha. I must say I like this method, easier than adding constantly something in. BTW is this Hyderabad India or Pakistan? And I am definitely going to try this recipe, soon.
I am cooking it now and it's not done, yet, but I had a quick taste and it's fantastic. That freshly fried onion makes a difference. Thanks for the recipe, I'll cook it again for sure.
Well, no tomato paste was used in the recipe. It was red onion pasted with roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds and dry red chillies, some turmeric powder and a little bit of water.
Woderful recipe, will definitely try.....but please stop saying BARISTA coz its a coffee outlet chain......try saying BERESTA which i think is the actual term for fried onion slices.😊
I am concerned about your cooking times. Usually chicken, if it is stewed, would take a minimum of 25-30 mins. Undercooked chicken is potentially very dangerous. Also a good practice to check internal temperature of the chicken at its thickest part of the biggest leg or thigh piece to min 74 deg C.
Here in our country not everyone has an access to modern kitchen gadgets, so our best bet is to look for visual cues. When the leg meat of the chicken has released the bone, it is a sign that the chicken is cooked.
Can't make this recipe with boneless. Cos bones Is what adds to the flavors that comes from the juices/stock released from the bones while its cooking !!
Just made this for the family. I marinated it for 24 hours. 9 out of 10. Absolutely beautiful.
im about to make this cant wait to try it

You could add water initially to make mashala paste. Or is there some hidden trick?
I’ve just made this but my paste was nowhere near the colour red as yours. Can you explain why this could be? Thanks 👍🏼
May be he used Kashmiri red chillies which impart a bright red colour to the finished product.
@@mafoozahuzair8052 possibly, thank you 👍🏼

@@KesarKitchen one learns something new everyday!
Yes
Yup, actually it's called beresta
Yes, in local lingo.
Looks delicious. Would this curry go nice with a piece of lemon to make is a bit fresh and sour? Or would that not work?
Curd added in the marination plays that acidic part for a bit of tanginess bt yeah u can use lemon too at the end. It wont do any harm to the dish.

And yes, we like to cook everything in one go, for example sambar
I am cooking it now and it's not done, yet, but I had a quick taste and it's fantastic. That freshly fried onion makes a difference. Thanks for the recipe, I'll cook it again for sure.
I never had hyderabadi chicken dishes..but adding spices after adding chicken is something I am bit skeptical !
The link to download your app on IOS doesn’t work… how can I get your app please?
At last can I add dry kasuri Methi ?
Is the tomato paste the same double concentrate stuff we get here in the uk?
Well, no tomato paste was used in the recipe.
It was red onion pasted with roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds and dry red chillies, some turmeric powder and a little bit of water.
Can i skip curd...?

What about gotta garam masala hum nei delha
what sort of chillis do you use for your dry red chillis? I imagine this curry would pack a lot of heat!
That’s Kashmiri chili it’s not having that’s much heat .but last he adds the real indian chili😅
Hyderabadi chicken curries are meant to be spicy 🌶

Your talking absolute rubbish

Why does the title say "Boneless Chicken Recipe" - It is misleading because you had bones in the video.
Aisa eak eak karke chicken kon dalta hai bhai..!
Where is Bombay chef and his cute talk???😮
What is your name chef
Ingredients and recipe looks quitely same of chicken korma
Looks good but it’s not boneless 😮
Can't make this recipe with boneless. Cos bones Is what adds to the flavors that comes from the juices/stock released from the bones while its cooking !!
@@paxtonpinto3545 I know but boneless is in video’s title .That’s the only reason I commented.
Without garlic and zinger you cooked chicken 😅😅😅

He added ginger n garlic while marinating the Chicken
Bro you burns the onions 😢 in the name of barista
If this is boneless then I am Obama.
The accompanying music is just too loud and over powers the video and your voice. Pls lower its volume
Those fried onions look burnt
music too loud and even unnecessary
Anion Paste? Bro, get back to your senses please. Don't kill native English in the name of accent.
I also keep hearing putatoes on this channel especially 😅 where put is pronounced like but, not like put, you know what I mean !
