I'm not very sure, i believe it was changed on the latest version of the vocalizer since i recall using that version you're talking about before, but i just checked and it's the same for Helrika's vocalizer. I believe the reason it played in that clip it's due to Helrika's including that line among the "Swearing" ones, it's choosen randomly but at least it's one way to get it, i'm sorry i can't really think of another way to make it work with a vocalizer

Im not sure which error you mean, but project smok has been discontinued by the author unfortunately, so as far as i know is gonna stay on that latest version it is right now
tbh i would feel more inclined to use project_smok over admin menu if it weren't so buggy n deprecated I.E "!noclip" commands trigger twice making them impossible to use and the suggested commands in chat r kinda annoying
understandable, if the commands trigger twice could be a conflict with your binds (or even mods), although project_smok as been descontinued some while ago unfortunately so it's better you use which ever is more comfortable

If you mean by the vocalizer, yes it is possible to enable it on Versus, however you'd have to do that process manually, here's the guide (by Ion, who made another very complete vocalizer) that explain step by step what to do - steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1633731126
@@YEG38 i am not sure, while Helrika's is derived from Ion's and its menus are also pretty alike, it could have not been modded in a way that works on Versus you could still try that guide with Helrika's if you really want to play with it
