I'm a senior. My son was demolishing an old barn and found a kitten about 10 weeks old. The farmer said he would drown her and my said he'd take it and brought it to me and said he'd find it a home. She looks like your black and white kittens. Anyway, about 2 months later, he told me he found her a home. I said cool, find them another cat, this little girl isn't going anywhere. That was 8 years ago. She is the best girlfriend anyone could have. She has many names. Depends on my mood or what kind of trouble she got into and how annoying she is looking for attention lol. Every morning at day break, I get a paw rubbing across my cheek. Never with her claws. Then sits beside my chair at her treat dish and has that while I have my coffee. Never ever thought I'd ever get that attached to a cat. I always had dogs.

I have 29 beautiful fur babies... Most have a disability and were abandoned on state game lands and either had kittens or were prego....i found homes for 32 of them and could not for the disabled lovelys. ..so i kept them and its hard but i love them all ...blind...3 leggeds ,no tails ,no teeth or nubs for feet..there all adorable 🥰...love ur story.❤
I adopted a very friendly black female who was heavily pregnant. She roamed the property at my sister's neighborhood. I brought her home 3 Oct 2021 and on 8 Oct she gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens. I kept all of them and they just turned 2 yrs old. They love their mama cat and she loves them. I hope you can get some help to keep them together. ❤️🐈⬛❤️
I did the same thing although only 1 litter I adopted out myself it was so hard but the adopters still send me Christmas pics but yes it's hard to give them up

Thank you for rescuing these precious fur babies. My roommate and I fostered many feral mamas with litters, and orphaned kittens. We had a black and white feral mama with 4 babies ( one was a munchkin ) our vet, and her husband fell in love with, and adopted the munchkin ( he had health problems, but they got him well ) The mama was adopted, along with her Tuxedo, leaving two brothers, a black and white, and another tuxedo. It took me 2 months of going in the room with them everyday, feeding treats, playing with toys, then one day I was able to pet the tuxedo. After that, his brother slowly warmed up to me, but, they want nothing to do with anyone else, so I adopted them. We have a feral mama here tortoise shell, who’s like your mama, she doesn’t want to be touched, but she’s happy, and loves the cats. And my roommate adopted a lynx mix. Total… we have 8 cats. It is very expensive I agree. But we have a lifetime of love from these babies, we wouldn’t change a thing. 🐾🐾💕🐾🐾💕
@@bambinaforever1402 Fostering is helping with overflow at cattery. In my case of fostering I took in some special needs kitties. They were unadoptable and needed extra care to become adoptable. They ended up fine with me but anyone else they reverted back to old ways. I didn't want that for them so kept them to give them a good life. Fostering is very important to help get alot of kits ready for adoption.
My last kitty of 6, Dustin (22 yrs old) passed away in April. He also was a tuxedo kitty. I found his Mom (Naomi) and brother (Gabriel) when the boys were about 10 days old. They became part of our family even though my husband told me we weren’t keeping them! Yay,right?! When I saw your kitty in the Christmas tree I remembered Dustin doing the same thing! I couldn’t even be mad! Thank you for keeping all these amazing babies! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I take it they are all neutered and spayed? My daughter has 5 inside cats and two outside cats. One of those goes inside and out. They do cost her a lot of money as well. They are all rescues. She is part of a catch neuter and release group and they get cats fixed and put back into there colony. All the babies are adopted out once they have been fixed and vaccinated and ready for there new forever home. Your cat family are simply amazing and look very happy.
I know how you feel about fostering turning into the cats' forever home. I have 9 rescues and I will never trust anyone else to care for them properly. First 2 were adopted from local shelter and 7 were abandoned or thrown out of their homes. However things happen they each found way to one of my daughters or outside of my home for help. I will never understand why humans are so cruel, but I will definitely protect all my furies from future cruelty from humans.
Baby looks just like my beautiful boy who’s 18 years old now ❤. I’d have been the same and ended up caring for them all. When one of my children went to work in Dubai, she struggled without a fur baby, so as they have a lot of strays, she started being a foster carer ❤
Your cats are a blessing. We currently have 5 rescued cats ( we lost our tuxedo one to cancer this year) and they are wonderful. A multi pet family is really ideal from my experience. All the interactions they have together, the antics and the love they share, or just observing their unique personalities in action...it is soo enriching to witness. I am crying watching your story as my husband and I rescued a pregnant cat this summer. We have 4 resident cats but took her because she was friendly and would let us touch her and bring her inside. I set up a nursery and in September, she had four adorable kittens. All girls and all calico just like her. Our plan has been to adopt them as we already have four cats of our own but we have grown so attached. I battle with feeling like that "crazy cat lady" but also feel extreme sadness and guilt at the thought of separating this little calico family. Thank you for sharing your journey and best of luck!
When one of my cats had her second litter of (4) kittens, we knew we couldn't keep them because we already had 5 cats (including her first two kittens). I was _devastated_ at the thought of splitting them up. I put off advertising them until they were 14 weeks old, but evenntually, my husband put his foot down. There were 3 calico and a black one. I secretly only advertised the calico ones. I had many people contact me within minutes of me putting them online, but one family was very determined and contacted me both online and by phone. They had three children and wanted all three babies. I was _delighted!_ They would get to stay together! It was the best possible outcome (other than getting to keep them!) that I could hope for. I'd never imagined they would be that lucky. I messaged my husband and told him I had found a home for the calico ones. I still to this day remember the final line of that text message: "and we're keeping the black one." He never said a word about it and she got to stay with her mama and siblings. I hope you will be lucky enough to find a family to take all of them and keep them together, you never know until you try. x

I too have “Covid” kittens! My nephew called to say he had found 3 kittens left to die in a desert area. I already had two rescue cats, and gladly went to get the kittens. By the time they were healthy and less traumatized, there was no way I could separate them. So now, I have my 3 three year old grey tabby girls, my nine year old grey tabby male, and his sister who is a calico/ tabby mix!
I have a little sign that says “One cat short of crazy” - so never quite there 😉. I have three plus a dog - only one pet I actually adopted the others made their way to me.
Such a sweet story. I rescue strays and currently have 10 who keep me busy. Only 1 is white with black. There are 3 solid black, 1 big orange boy, 2 calicos, 1 solid gray, 1 gray tabby, 1 solid white. Bless you for keeping them all. I bet you have to do a double take when trying to see who’s who, kind of like having twins, triplets, quintuplets etc.
I have been feeding a stray for the past 4 or 5 months, and yes it does get expensive. But, Black Beauty has been worth it and I am working on finding her a new home.
There was one point, my family had 11 cats (and three dogs). Some we managed to catch and get in the house, the others live in our garage, as they were too feral to touch. We built cat houses and bulked up their diet to deal with the cold weather. Many years later, we have four cats. We are lucky enough to have a cat sanctuary down the road, who have helped us, catch and then spay the cats.
For years now we have fed a feral cat we've named Spot. We figured he's male because there have been no kittens. We built him a little shed on our pool deck which has a 6 foot fence. It protects him from predators. When weather is cold he sleeps on our porch furniture away from ocean wind which comes from the east.
I know how cost goes. I have six cats and one dog. I've cut my cost by using pine pellets as litter from TSC and making their food by using pre vitamin mix from a holistic vet. I really like it now because I control what they eat instead of relying on a company to make horrible food.

I have been allowed to live with 2 tuxedo cats and it was a great experience. Tuxedo's are very intelligent, caring, spiritual, etc. Very loving and curious---it is a very good experience to have.
I just lost two cats to cancer. They always got the best, grain free food, healthy treats and best care. After spending bout 2K on vet bills and hundreds on food, litter and toys, I decided to switch to a cheaper food and supportive supplements for my remaining 4 kitties. And they are doing much better in fact. Of course all my kids are foster fails and farm rescues.
I feel this video. I've always rescued Animals, also orphan kittens and a lovely mama with 4 children abandoned in the street... At the moment 10 cats, 2 old big parrots and a rabbit are living with us: we are a happy family. They keep us busy and we spend a lot for food, litter sand, phitotherapy, omeopathy etc. Their love, joy, good health and life are a blessing for us and a daily joyful company 💙🙏💚 These last 3 years have been even harder economically, but we resist the pandementia with love, integrity, courage and liberty ☀️ Blessings, love and courage to you! I love my fellow cat people. It gets overwhelming, but my soul won’t let me stop caring for them. Indoor and outdoors. We are not bad people for caring for these sacred beings. Many like to say that we are. Our souls are tied to theirs and theirs to ours.
Oh my goodness, your story is extremely similar to my current situation. Total of 11 ferals, an 2 house cats, plus 2 large dogs for me an my brother. It's very expensive just for food then veterinary bills!!!! We truly understand your situation. We're both on Social security.
I found a black and white cat last year on the street. She’s literally the “Husky” among cats😂. Howling all the time, just zooming around the apartment. My husband didn’t like her at the beginning but he’s completely mesmerized now. Black white cats are crazy little monsters but they’re so much fun!!
My husband and I understand. We adopted 2 sisters & their brother from a shelter. After a few months a pregnant female moved into our garage. Long story - short, we ended up with 10 cats, and wouldn't be without any of them. Don't even ask about the food & cat litter!😺😸😹😻😼😽🙀😿😾💖

I feed all neighborhood strays that come to my porch. We have a mama kitty of our own who gave us 5 kittens and we adopted out two of them to a good friend and kept the others. We have only had dogs and raising cats is quite different. We currently feed another mama cat and four kittens and wish I had money to trap her and get them fixed. It costs us $70 weekly just for what we have, not including flea meds and other medications or vet visits. We have also adopted to strays that decided they were home and my daughter adopted one who showed up on her RV doorstep in our backyard. Now we have 7 that are officially ours but 5 more we are working to spay and neuter. Let’s pray for each other and speak encouraging words over each other for what we are trying to do! I get it. Started with one. Then two. Then 13. The last kitten was literally dropped from about 30 feet in the air by a big hawk. They'll be taken care of until the end.
We adopted a feral kitty in Jacksonville Fl in Oct 2022. We could not pet this wild child. After a few weeks I decided to coax her with canned cat food in a little bowl on my lap. She came over very scared but took a few ilcks and kept coming back for more. Then I slowly touched her for a moment. We kept this up for weeks and it made a wonderful difference. She started trusting us. Now she jumps on our laps for pets. She is a year old now and we look forward to more progress in the next year as we work on holding her. Callie is worth the effort.
they all look cute and fat! I keep 5 rescued strays here at home. The oldest ones are way back from 2014, and they are all so sweet. there used to be more of them.. those that passed away, are buried with respect in our garden.

I am crying watching your story as my husband and I rescued a pregnant cat this summer. We have 4 resident cats but took her because she was friendly and would let us touch her and bring her inside. I set up a nursery and in September, she had four adorable kittens. All girls and all calico just like her. Our plan has been to adopt them as we already have four cats of our own but we have grown so attached. I battle with feeling like that "crazy cat lady" but also feel extreme sadness and guilt at the thought of separating this little calico family. Thank you for sharing your journey and best of luck!
When one of my cats had her second litter of (4) kittens, we knew we couldn't keep them because we already had 5 cats (including her first two kittens). I was _devastated_ at the thought of splitting them up. I put off advertising them until they were 14 weeks old, but evenntually, my husband put his foot down. There were 3 calico and a black one. I secretly only advertised the calico ones. I had many people contact me within minutes of me putting them online, but one family was very determined and contacted me both online and by phone. They had three children and wanted all three babies. I was _delighted!_ They would get to stay together! It was the best possible outcome (other than getting to keep them!) that I could hope for. I'd never imagined they would be that lucky. I messaged my husband and told him I had found a home for the calico ones. I still to this day remember the final line of that text message: "and we're keeping the black one." He never said a word about it and she got to stay with her mama and siblings. I hope you will be lucky enough to find a family to take all of them and keep them together, you never know until you try. x

I too have “Covid” kittens! My nephew called to say he had found 3 kittens left to die in a desert area. I already had two rescue cats, and gladly went to get the kittens. By the time they were healthy and less traumatized, there was no way I could separate them. So now, I have my 3 three year old grey tabby girls, my nine year old grey tabby male, and his sister who is a calico/ tabby mix!

Such a sweet story. I rescue strays and currently have 10 who keep me busy. Only 1 is white with black. There are 3 solid black, 1 big orange boy, 2 calicos, 1 solid gray, 1 gray tabby, 1 solid white. Bless you for keeping them all. I bet you have to do a double take when trying to see who’s who, kind of like having twins, triplets, quintuplets etc.

I have been feeding a stray for the past 4 or 5 months, and yes it does get expensive. But, Black Beauty has been worth it and I am working on finding her a new home.
There was one point, my family had 11 cats (and three dogs). Some we managed to catch and get in the house, the others live in our garage, as they were too feral to touch. We built cat houses and bulked up their diet to deal with the cold weather. Many years later, we have four cats. We are lucky enough to have a cat sanctuary down the road, who have helped us, catch and then spay the cats.

For years now we have fed a feral cat we've named Spot. We figured he's male because there have been no kittens. We built him a little shed on our pool deck which has a 6 foot fence. It protects him from predators. When weather is cold he sleeps on our porch furniture away from ocean wind which comes from the east.

I know how cost goes. I have six cats and one dog. I've cut my cost by using pine pellets as litter from TSC and making their food by using pre vitamin mix from a holistic vet. I really like it now because I control what they eat instead of relying on a company to make horrible food.
Except when they get their own !

I have been allowed to live with 2 tuxedo cats and it was a great experience. Tuxedo's are very intelligent, caring, spiritual, etc. Very loving and curious---it is a very good experience to have.

I just lost two cats to cancer. They always got the best, grain free food, healthy treats and best care. After spending bout 2K on vet bills and hundreds on food, litter and toys, I decided to switch to a cheaper food and supportive supplements for my remaining 4 kitties. And they are doing much better in fact. Of course all my kids are foster fails and farm rescues.
I feel this video. I've always rescued Animals, also orphan kittens and a lovely mama with 4 children abandoned in the street... At the moment 10 cats, 2 old big parrots and a rabbit are living with us: we are a happy family.
They keep us busy and we spend a lot for food, litter sand, phitotherapy, omeopathy etc. Their love, joy, good health and life are a blessing for us and a daily joyful company 💙🙏💚
These last 3 years have been even harder economically, but we resist the pandementia with love, integrity, courage and liberty ☀️

I love my fellow cat people. It gets overwhelming, but my soul won’t let me stop caring for them. Indoor and outdoors. We are not bad people for caring for these sacred beings. Many like to say that we are. Our souls are tied to theirs and theirs to ours.

Oh my goodness, your story is extremely similar to my current situation. Total of 11 ferals, an 2 house cats, plus 2 large dogs for me an my brother. It's very expensive just for food then veterinary bills!!!! We truly understand your situation. We're both on Social security.
I found a black and white cat last year on the street. She’s literally the “Husky” among cats😂. Howling all the time, just zooming around the apartment. My husband didn’t like her at the beginning but he’s completely mesmerized now.
Black white cats are crazy little monsters but they’re so much fun!!

My husband and I understand. We adopted 2 sisters & their brother from a shelter. After a few months a pregnant female moved into our garage. Long story - short, we ended up with 10 cats, and wouldn't be without any of them. Don't even ask about the food & cat litter!😺😸😹😻😼😽🙀😿😾💖

I feed all neighborhood strays that come to my porch. We have a mama kitty of our own who gave us 5 kittens and we adopted out two of them to a good friend and kept the others. We have only had dogs and raising cats is quite different. We currently feed another mama cat and four kittens and wish I had money to trap her and get them fixed. It costs us $70 weekly just for what we have, not including flea meds and other medications or vet visits. We have also adopted to strays that decided they were home and my daughter adopted one who showed up on her RV doorstep in our backyard. Now we have 7 that are officially ours but 5 more we are working to spay and neuter. Let’s pray for each other and speak encouraging words over each other for what we are trying to do! Thank you for loving these precious babies and I pray Abba richly rewards you and gives you peace and joy in your heart!

The last kitten was literally dropped from about 30 feet in the air by a big hawk.
They'll be taken care of until the end.
We adopted a feral kitty in Jacksonville Fl in Oct 2022. We could not pet this wild child. After a few weeks I decided to coax her with canned cat food in a little bowl on my lap. She came over very scared but took a few ilcks and kept coming back for more. Then I slowly touched her for a moment. We kept this up for weeks and it made a wonderful difference. She started trusting us. Now she jumps on our laps for pets. She is a year old now and we look forward to more progress in the next year as we work on holding her. Callie is worth the effort.
