- In this talk, Reverend Dr. Stephen Sizer discusses how the movement of Christian Zionism preceded Jewish Zionism by at least 50 years and facilitated the establishment of the State of Israel.
I’m a 41 year old former dispy premil evangelical (now reformed baptist/ postmill). Ten years ago I was on the side John Hagee or Perry Stone. Now I see that their eschatology and geo-political ideology is not only unbiblical but inhumane.
What led me to this point is a better understanding of theology coupled with the last three years really waking up to the fact that we cannot trust the media or government. They have an agenda and for that matter so do mega church pastors who peddle the gospel for gain and use “Armageddon” for personal gain.
Postmill still is belonging to false presumptions of Darby and Schoefield of a literal Millennium in Jesusslem on earth you still have the same problem you just moved the date of the rapture from that of other dispensationalist your view is the exact day of Pat Robertson you really need to look into an amill church to get away from milliniarism

My first years as a Christian were spent in the pentecostal church. In the first one I never heard about Israel, but the second one was very different. I got so sick of hearing about Israel that it drove me mad. Then one day the preacher made the following statement " the enemies of Israel are the enemies of God". I just about fell over, I thought we were all the enemies of God and needed to be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ. At that point I realised I was in a religious cult that no longer followed Christ.

Christ fulfills the law, and as such, the Mosaic sacrifices are now moot.

Contrary to what this speaker says, being a Jewish state and a democratic state is already contradictory. A democratic state can only be a state of all its citizens.
