Iraq was once classified as 6th most powerful. Look what a kicking they got. The Pak army may do well against some bana republic, but you wouldn't last 5 minutes against any western force.
@AccordGTR thanks. yes unfortunately our govt is not good. but in our country no doubt we have a corrupt political history since the formation of our country. but still no one compromised on the independence and defence of the country. everyone has made pakistan's defence more and more strong. and i get very much disappointed when people say that wat pakistan army is fighting for....? i mean for god sake. look at sacrifices our soldiers gave in the the war against terrorism.
@AccordGTR there are many innocent people (civilians) who are victim of terrorism. everyone in our country want to fight against terrorism. and our army's soldiers are highly committed against terrorism , loyal t o the nation and people and govt. and their morale is always high up to sky..... thanks... and for more information u can read many articles in wikipedia.

@hheywire Pakistan is on the 7th number in the world by Active troops strength. most advanced technology with cooperation of china and Pakistan has already defeated an army whose strength is double than pakistan army and defeated an airforce which is 3 times bigger than our airforce... and pakistan army might now have enough funds, but it sure has enough funds to defeat any army in the world.

pakistan doesnt have the funding, technology , or man power to defeat any of the major armys.. in a manned compatision maybe but in the real deal im afraid not.
