Only thing I could notice ( or someone told me ) was on the old model on the bottom of the magazine there is a small ledge sticking out, where as the new model is smooth all the way down ( probably more changes but more subtle )
Poly count, lightmap, texture, etc. Maybe at first glance and inspecting in the menu the difference isn't that big, but in-game it looks pretty clean and nice.
