1.2L engine anyday. You don't get the claimed mileage everyday, it depends on driving. More powerful engine won't feel underpowered with 4 people. Celerio is overpriced by about 50k. In my opinion, anyone with 7L budget should skip both of these cars and buy Ignis 1.2L MT ZETA. Ignis has all 4 adjustable headrests, 6 speaker system, 15 inch alloys, 60:40 folding rear seats, keyless entry with push button start stop, better safety than WagonR or Celerio. Choose a relatively safer car for the same price. If budget permits can get TIAGO XZ + (more safe with 4 star GNCAP). There is no sense in buying overpriced ZXI variants of Celerio and WagonR. At 7.20L on road Maharashtra, Ignis Zeta 1.2L MT is a better choice.

While the price seems a little high to me for the Celerio, the fuel efficiency is surprisingly good. You can go with the Celerio ZXI with manual or automatic as per your needs. --Mahesh
Celerio is not at all impressive sir I think it would be fail... due to Ignis sigma and wagnor 1.2 where prices are similiar to each other ..and wagnor has more followers in Indian markets...
