When I try uploading it says there's an error processing the image

I uploaded my scan to the website, I downloaded through image manager. When I go to upload it, it doesn't show...it only shows generic "face photos"...I don't see my "downloaded" scan...the "download" tab isn't even accessible, it's shaded...
