If you want to start from now and go backwards: IDEA, Criminal, 2 Kids. Also Move - a must see, and Want. There is a lot to discover when it comes to Taemin and all of it is amazing - there really is no K-Pop idol out there like him. He is in a league of his own, creating his own genre. Also important: Taemin is with a group called SHINee and they are legends, idols of idols. So please feel free to check out SHINee as well, imho it's impossible to fully understand Taemin without knowing SHINee as well :-)
