Great video, I'm feeling very inspired. At 45, I'm running the London Marathon in 3 weeks time (my first) and so far, I've run about 5 half marathons, a 16, 20 and 23.6 mile, 'long runs' and now beginning 'the taper'. I feel both excited and nervous about running in such large crowds as I've always run on my own but this is a real bucket list dream of mine and I'm proud to be running for a charity I feel so passionately about, 'The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association'. I never considered myself a 'runner' and only began this journey with 26 weeks of training from start to finish and now, the time is nearly here. Thank you for your advise and best wishes for your future projects.
Thanks for the marathon training tips. Helped a wife when she was training for an Alaskan marathon. ( I rode a bike while encouraging her). I did learn what a challenge that run was. Congratulations again for completing your marathon and many thanks for your latest video. Love this. Luv Ya
Hey Gustavo she could do both she has a talent for singing classical pop opera and running. I sing same type of music and it's very fun to sing. Plus I love running. And I run cross country. She simply does what she loves and not needing to do what you want. Thank you Katherine for all of your lovely videos.
Another great idea but for me somewhat too late having run past marathons but good for newbies. I'd love Katherine to hire me to provide the back-up make a cup of tea at the end!! At last the OBE recognition indeed. Lots of Love xxx

Great video - as someone who's currently just starting the couch to 5K program and can't even run for 2 minutes without wanting to die it's hugely inspiring to hear you talk so positively about the idea of a marathon, which seems like a nightmare to me at the moment! :L x

Can you tell us about your workouts with Mel Deane such as your weight lifting and leg work outs
Mel deane and his workouts have destroyed Katherine "s feminine curves. When she /he tweets that she has just got off a plane and gone straight to him for another gym session i do not admire her in the least . It just makes me think "stupid woman".She has taken to the showbiz lifestyle nonsense , that you can never be too thin ,when so much of her success was because she was the antidote to all that.
