I think that it might be easier if he didn't appear to look like House. But in this video, he appears to have the House look going on, so it's really odd hearing seeing House but talking with the voice of this Brit.

Your brain automatically, if you around for long enough, you will start to have an accent similar to the people around you. It's simple science. That is why his accents are good.
My mom still can't get into House because of the accent. He's burned into her memory from Black Adder, Jeeves & Wooster and Fry and Laurie that his american accent just breaks the immersion. I'm kinda the opposite as I mainly knew of him through Black Adder, which is easy to separate from House.

The only thing that I could imagine would be for House to become some sort of traveling doctor. Someone who goes from place to place and lives under the radar and treats people who couldn't be treated in a hospital. And he has to work with simple methods instead of expensive technology.

Taub was one of the most favorite ones too. I think he was the smartest among his employees (not counting Masters, who actually was different kind of smart)
Emin Bayramov Taub was pretty good too but I think House was often Annoyed by him because of how afraid he was of taking risks. He liked all of them but I don’t think Taub was a favorite of him. I liked Taub and his womanizing problems made me laugh, he also was a good men he cared for his patients but he was often in troubles because of his desicions. I just think Kutner, Thirteen and Chase had a special place in his heart because they were similar to him in one way or Another. Chase had his bad relationship with his father and shared his point of view that everybody lies, Kutner like him was a risk taker and did everything to save the patients and Thirteen had her mysterious side and was able to put up with him and put him and wasn’t afraid of telling what she thought about everything.
I definitely agree about all your deductions about these characters and why House was driven to them (because, let's face it, House wasn't someone you could get his attention or interest easily). But Taub was exceptionally rational- he could really distinguish between emotional and logical reasoning. That's why, he was one of House's favorites. Remember, in 8th episode House insisted Foreman to give him Chase and Taub back (maybe because, he was used to working with them, but who knows why-- it's House lol) so he must really have appreciated Taub. P.S: Even when House texted Taub's wife into sexual nudity (which was incredibly inappropriate for normal human being) he didn't get mad because he could control his emotions and logics which is really close the way Greg thinks himself. P.P..S: Taub was one of my favorite employees of House so maybe I am a bit biased (but let's face it everyone has their favorite character in TV show and they're biased about them)

At the beginning of season 6 Taub was now in his own clinic doing plastic surgery but it’s clear he loved and missed the Rush of diagnostics. Maybe that’s what he liked the most about the passion he had for that job. Yes we all have our favorite characters and mine besides House Is Chase. But I loved all the second team as well and I had no much problems with Masters and I liked Adams very much too

For me when I watch this it's more like there are two twin brothers, one American and one English. And for some reason they are interviewing the wrong one. Like the House actor was too busy so instead they interviewed his English brother Hugh Laurie.
Everyone is talking about House's accent and how hot 13 is. Was I the only one who cried during that scene when House said that he will kill 13 when the time comes? It was so powerful and emotional. One of the most memorable scenes on TV I've witnessed and am able to recall on prompt. The acting, build-up, videography, everything in that scene was perfectly haunting.
What a gorgeous woman! My heart broke when I watched that episode, and I totally get what she means when she says that about killing her. Because the hardest part about holding on is letting go. I dont know how many people are into this kind of music but a band called ERRA sings thins in "Moments of clarity" Bring me back down to humility. Teach me the value of holding onto. Bring me back down and show me the safety of letting go. That rings so well with thirteen and the way shes written, she seems like she is looking for something to hold onto while trying to understand she will have to let everything go at some point. She had to let he brother go and then find the safety in keeping her promise.
I believe she was married to an Italian prince. I think she is now divorced. Her parents are journalists. If I remember correctly, she liked to listen to politics around the dining table while growing up.
After watching my best friend’s unimaginable agony from cancer and medication no longer worked for her I absolutely agree with mercy help in ending your life. It’s barbaric to let humans suffer yet it’s not a problem when it’s our pets.
"I will kill you". I think that this the best and most kind thing that House ever told someone. I love how those two do have such a great connection with each other. I mean he does have a close thing with Cameron and Amber who both also are for example really great in "contra" him but then Remy I think is the only one next to cuddy and Wilson who are not only able to really backfire at him but then also able to do it in the same way. And Remy could actually be the only one that is as clever as he is and also can be REALLY badly attitude. I like her character a lot. She is definitely noone you should take lightly when you mess with her. I totally love this series and there is basically not a day I do not watch House since it started even until today.
having felt severe pain throughout periods of my life,still experiencing it and there will be more of it in the future I must admit I cried at that scene when House tells 13 he shall end her when she can't handle it anymore.Indeed it is the most romantic I've heard of myself. We make the mistake of hiding our feelings yet those feelings define us as what we truly are and once we realize what's beneath those feelings then we truly get to know ourselves better. House sympathises with 13 there cause he's been enduring pain for far too long and his whole attitude towards others and many aspects of life is due to his pain granting him this extreme strength. In addition he feels empty inside because he is being rejected for what he is,because he is not given the love he feels he deserves. There are points even Wilson can't keep up with him,nevertheless House in the end fakes death and grants dying Wilson the best gift possible, a friend to be there even in the face of certain death. That's for me pure humanity,love and strength by House. I am not saying he's perfect; he's arrogant,he's stubborn,he pushes things to the extreme but he's authentic he's the MAN, the one who eventually when wrong he shall drop his ego to the floor and apologise.

God I just love this show. House us one of my favorite all-time characters in television history and its because of his willingness to do ANYTHING for ANYONE he cares about. Telling 13 he'd kill her is House's way of showing her how much he cares for her. He's willing to put her down so she doesn't have to suffer.
She is awesome goes off had a movie career and still comes back and is graceful and humble on a TV show. Katherine Heigl could learn something from her.

Huntington is incurable, hence, it's gonna happen one way or another and this storyline would be a great TV-movie for House. Wish they thought about it and also waiting for the right time to start producing it (if ever). I'll have my tears all ready to pour out for that.

House us one of my favorite all-time characters in television history and its because of his willingness to do ANYTHING for ANYONE he cares about. Telling 13 he'd kill her is House's way of showing her how much he cares for her. He's willing to put her down so she doesn't have to suffer.

House M.D. the best write out and ins of characters when the actors need to leave a show briefly or permanently. I love Grey's but I feel like their go-to is to just have a freak accident and kill everyone off. 13's absence was really well written.

Hugh Laurie's real accent is always so jarring when I hear it, you get so used to his American accent he puts on, same when I re-watch Friends and Hugh is on the plane next Rachel.
I feel like personally, Dr. Gregory House is ****ing with me with that British accent. Then too, if I confronted him about it, I'm sure he'd remind me that in no version of reality is it worth his time to even consider messing with my head, and that I need to get going because the "High School Drama Club" needs me back.
