  • Not 100% sure on the name of this tune but it's one I've been playing with my band lately as we've worked it into an original song. It's a nice simple, mellow tune so hopefully an easy one to pick up for both beginners or advanced players.

    Never my favourite tune at sessions,,, but you played this really nice, thanks for the ornamentation tips, very helpful to make this tune more interesting to play. Thanks ! 😃

    Great musicianship! Would like to see and hear this tune on the G whistle as well. Interesting tune no matter what your call it with an excellent description of ornaments. Slightly airy in a few places, but overall, a fun instructional video. Thanks!

    You play with the pinky vented, right ? What's with that rubber band ?

      The flute fell off my car and that spring isn't working very well so the rubber band keeps it in place - one of these days I need to get it fixed properly!

      In my mind it helps with balance - probably not necessary but works for me
