Definitely a JDM lovers set this one. My favorites are the Toyota AE86 Sprinter and the Pandem Subaru BRZ although i like the Toyota GR Supra and the '20 Ford Mustang RTR too. Not so sure about the Silvia S14 tampo work though, it looks too "busy" to me. Anyway, this is a really good set. Thanks for the presentation.
That FD deco is just too much. As for the AE86 it needs a rear spoiler, it looks half assed without it. HW really needs to bring back that HIN series back

I am not into formula drift either but this is a very nice set I will have to get. I have high hopes they will use those TRD stripes on a truck in the upcoming Toyota set.
Since there's about 45 cargo ships from China and Malaysia stuck on the coast of California because of the pandemic just waiting to off load.. I'd say we'll be seeing these cars at the end of October the earliest
My guess is because it's a full wrap, which Hot Wheels doesn't do too often. From other versions I've seen, some have poor tail lights, where the red bleeds into the bumper.
I'll get that AE86 Trueno if I see it (never saw the Boulevard one) and maybe the Falken Pandem Subaru but the other liveries are a little too "loud" for my tastes and it's not a Car Culture set that I'd be losing sleep over never seeing in stores.

I'm with you on your pick with the COROLLA it's an ass-kicker for sure!! and for the BRZ, just get a pair of scissors and nubb that crooked spoiler OFF!! It cramps your style! Trust me it LOOKS better with out it and you can still kick ass on the street or on the track👍!! Thanks for the video Bro much ❤😄!!
I feel I'm the only one that feels the wheels are too small on this AE86 Trueno. I feel it should have the next size up wheels. The casting is large enough to make the larger wheels work. The older AE86 casting was too small for that size wheels.
I really really hate drifting! That being said, I’m a big fan of JDM, so I’m a bit torn. S14 casting is stellar, but there’s no way I’d be able to live with Formula Drift painted all over the sides. I absolutely LOVE the new Supra, but agree this casting looks off. The wheels look like 22s. Huge! The Pandem kit certainly doesn’t help. The Pandem kit ruins the BRZ as well, but the Falken livery may just pull me back in. The AE86 is a great casting and I love this deco and wheel color. My only complaint is the tiny golf cart wheels. I have no interest in the Mustang.

How do you straighten the spoilers? I have a 787b with a bent spoiler and its driving me crazy?
I’m pretty sure he used some warm water to soften the plastic so it doesn’t crack or break while bending it back in place.
Dip the wing in a cup of hot water for 30 seconds. It will go back to the form it was cast in by itself. Not boiling water just very hot.
