The best bike I have ever owned. I have the 2015 8V SE in grey with termingnoni exhaust that turns heads for looks and sound. First to ride will buy this classic modern collectible.
Love that you guys made this video! Kind of surreal seeing my bike being reviewed in a video Great dealership, Awesome selection of Guzzi and Enfield. If I wasn't their for the Griso, those V85TT are looking great.
I would really appreciate your opinion. How do you get your bike serviced? Can you find parts? My fear is something needs to be replaced or the bike needs service and I am not good with that stuff. Any advise?
@@clickercontrol If you have a dealer near by, then it's not too bad. But parts are becoming an issue. I do my own servicing, except for the rebuild after my recent accident. It has taken 6 months to get parts through a dealer. If this worries you, then I would suggest looking at a V7. Cheers.
I love my Royal Enfield. But I really wish I would have taken a look at some Moto Guzzi's when I was shopping! This is a wonderful looking and sounding motorcycle.
@@chicagoui9299 Why not? Both are air cooled (and that's rare these days). The griso is of course way more powerful, but a V7 and a RE interceptor 650 tend to the same category.
Beautiful beautiful bike these !!! I recently purchased a 2010 with around 12000 mls on it......holy sht it's way more than I expected...... another whole world , power handling brakes , character ..... someone asked what's it like......all I could come up with is " it's like riding an Italian nymphamainiac " . since the tsp needed resetting and their was nothing in the aftermarket muffler I thought it was an accurate description, another world at any speed , gear or road condition........ I hope the new owner of this bike appreciates it. Great review Dude !!!😉😁😎 love from New Zealand
I have the 2017 Griso in red also (as you can see). Quirky sort of bike if you're not used to Italian machines. But once you get used to the dry clutch, the rattles, the engine twist, its awesome. Big heavy bike. Gentleman's sport bike thats easy on the highway and corners like its on rails. Just wish it had a fuel gauge, and gear indicator. Other than that, no complaints. And the red button is also to stop the starting sequence in case the engine doesn't fire up. You don't hold the starter button, you just tap it and it'll keep cranking until the engine fires up.
I'm thinking about buying a Griso 8v later this year (if money allows), but I'm also thinking about a BMW R Nine T and a Husqvarna Nuda. Too bad the Griso 8V is pretty difficult to find, and when I find an 8V, they're usually black here (I want one in a more bling colour)
I wish moto guzzi would have put the front end suspension and braking set up from the griso on the V7. Imo the front forks on the v7 undermine the rest of the motorcycle. Current v7 brakes are adequate but dual disc set up on the griso surely is better.
No boots, just jeans and no proper jacket. Right on. But some seem to have all the luck in the world. I wasn't so fortunate, and yet wearing everything what one should wear when riding a bike.
Have had one 4 10years came out with sift tappets took mg 10 years to solve that, they owe me for that bottom end indestructable incredibly strong have dropped mine allot to minimal damage a Japanese bike would have been in 1000 pieces and i like Japanese its my italian mistress id you know italian women
The Griso has always been one of my favorite Moto Guzzis. Never owned a goose but I’m one of those crazies that love the look.
One of the best Guzzi ever..... eternal look never gets old.
The new CARDANO to V100 Mandello Is spectacular.
I love my 2007 1100 Griso. Every time I look at it it makes me smile.

2007 Griso 1100 Black
This is an absolutely gorgeous bike! The person who buys this is really Lucky!

I have 4 bikes, 3 for the road. Love my 2016 red griso. Such a unique ride.

Moto Guzzi shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as the New Royal Enfield.

🥰 all time favorite,
Italian motorcycles either speak to you or they don't. More for me! ❤😊 It becomes a superbike over 5k RPM.
I have a 2017, it's an amazing bike. might not be for a beginner. Thanks for the review.
Moto Guzzi the superior air cooled push rod v twin design. Stock vs stock, this will absolutely crush any 1200 sportster model.
Absolutely true! Also the Moto Guzzi is bigger and more comfortable.
That was a better ending. I was wondering what happened during the 1st release. 🤔😎
Is the Griso still available?
Any chance this Grisso is still available?
Wonderful form. Wonderful. Never met that moto brand before.....
I am interested in buying it ,did not see it on the web sight
Sold
Trading in an almost brand new Griso for a Harley! Blasphemy ! (From a V11 sport rider)
I’d love to own that
I’m interested. Didn’t see it on the website.
Sorry the bike sold already.
Damn. Just bought a V7 centenario would love to have this instead 😭. What are the chances of pulling off a trade in.

On a V7 dual front discs are overkill.
Out of experience, you can't compare the V7 to the Griso. Tip for the v7 suspension. Put in a lower viscosity oil.

You have been fooled by my stealth gear. Everything is legitimate riding gear it just looks like casual wear.

Correction 5 years they took to go to roller tappets, bad coating on tappets was a supplier fault.
No, it was a design and engineering fault.
@@peterroper617 Correct, Peter! I have a 2012 Griso 1200 SE, which is #2 bike built with the factory roller tappets. And I love it.
