Hey Silas, anyone who watches more than one of your videos would never accuse you of planting things for a video, you work too hard and have so many projects going on that are profitable.
one summer years ago i worked at a car wash & we used find $20. bills stuck to the bottom the floor mats idk it might been emergency money stuck there if you picked the mat up it be stuck with the little nubs on the anti slip part the mats ! might be worth the few seconds to check underside drivers mats !
Another great video , keep up good job, you never disapoint us, we know you would never plant stuff in junk cars . We are patiently waiting for another video.
I had a red and blue checkered shirt exactly like that in high school in the late eighties. I can't believe that style has come back around. I wore mine for probably two years until the red turned pink from washing it all the time. Yours will do the same
Yesterday I seen a late 70's Toyota pickup bed with late 60's early 70 Plymouth hubcaps on it in NY, & the best part is that it was on a newer GMC pulling it
Those Pontiac Montana vans, and some other Pontiacs- The gaskets that were put in the engines, Dextron ate them up so they broke down. I forget how many years those gaskets were installed. I know this because I had one. It would have cost $3,500 to have the engine rebuilt. I had put new Michelin tires all around. Had less than 1000 miles on them. We gave the van to a family with 3 kids. The daddy was a good enough mechanic he rebuilt the motor. They got many years out of it and really appreciated it. I always enjoy your videos, love it when you get to look through the vehicles 😉 You are a very hard worker. Stay safe and GOD bless.
,,,,start saving ALL license plates,,,,then when you have enough,,,,you shingle a small front porch roof with them,,,it is awsome when finished,,,,lots of looks,,,,people love it!!!!.......imo,,,tnx,pat......plus look in all ashtrays,,,hidden glovebox inserts,(they come out to clean) people put money inside there...........just saying,,,I worked at a auto scrap yard....dig hard, with tools...even found rings,jewelry!!!!.....😯😯
That tip on not closing the hoods for keeping out animal nests is AWESOME. Silas, can you do a video series on G bodys? I see you have a few. You got any tri 5 Chevys? I need some trim for a 55
Salis great job loading crushed cars. And crushing going through cars coming in great always different love it thank you for sharing and your time love it.
Nice! Love seeing all the older cars and trucks you have saved! Awesome! For sure.I’d keep all those fox body Capris,, within reason anyway, you can do everything to those as you can a 5.0 mustang and you don’t see them.
I also had a 62 plymouth plain jane 4 door with the 225 Slant 6 and a 3 speed on the floor hooked up backwards. It was a great car until one of the rear leaf springs broke and screwed up the rear end.
Most likely you have a worn neoprene seal on that pressure gauge If it can be disassembled you can replace the seal. If it’s made in China,it’s aa throwaway
That semi driver is trying to bust his contract with the Yamaha Factory Racing Team. You know, like Maverick Vinales... Nice video, thanks for sharing!
I enjoy every video and I use to do scrap like you do and it is fun to clean up the earth so keep up the good work and i hope you never quit making videos
Like the van adventure. I noticed decent looking seats. FYI those 3rd row seats make a good back seat for some of those 30"s cars your hanging on to. Save some and throw them in with the sale along with a small block . You have all the parts a street rodder needs just put a kit together. I know you don't have the time. It was just a passing thought I had. Love the channel.
Silas, sorry to keep going on about what the old trucks go for in uk ,i know its getting them here ect but someone is doing it, ive got to mention the old Hilux in back ground ,they are mega rare here never see one even in the rusty state that one is in still fetch £ no not telling you ,
I like the white Valliant that was on top over from the truck. They are great cars especially The 225 Slant Six. I think the one you have looks to be around a 68 to 70 model. It is older than 73 because the front bumper is close to the body.
The Valiant was a great car. I owned several, and ran them until they could be fixed no more. I sold my last one to a guy who bought it for spare parts, to keep his Valiant running. He told me his Valiant had 465,000 miles on the original 225 slant six engine. That did not surprise me, even although mine had 125,000 miles on it. Wish I could find another one. They were so easy to fix and keep running, as long as the body didn't rust out badly.
I bet the drivers you load don't see very many people cover the tops of the top bundles like you do. Nice to see someone else actually cares about what they put on the trk. When I used to wrap cars the drivers would ask if they could come back to get more of my loads. Most people who crush cars don't care or whenever taught the correct way to crush, check for loose debris, then wrap and load. Most people think you just put a car in the crusher and push the button.
Hey Silas, I know you can’t save everything but you do sometimes if it can make you money. Just wanted to let you know that the crown vic police center caps run for $50 -$75 a set on Ebay. Also 1 of those complete spot lights will sell for $80-$125. Anyway just a thought, cheers
I liked the Copper or Gold colored 4 door ranger that was on top of some other cars. Wished it was a driveable vehicle as I am looking for one of those or a 4 door chevy Colorado. I have a 2door Colorado with a little surface rust with the straight 5 cyl in it.
You should put all yunkyard found in boxes and by the e😢if the year you divide and pick one two or three fan and we pay for the shipping What do you think about this
I know it's trivial but those massive pink bottles in the trans sport of Redken Color extend are worth a lot. I've paid $20 for a bottle a quarter of that size. Lol Also i don't know what family would drive that pontiac van considering it had the worst crash test ever.. death trap
Hi Silas Just love what you are doing .I have always love to see stuff crushed and junkyards So many interesting things to see and do in junkyards. I can not figure out how some pepole can be so cruel in some of there comments . I"m a retired Natural gas tech, and have some time on my hands and love your work.Keep up the good work and I"ll be watching for your next crush or item hunt. KEEP ON CRUSHIN You can use that line if you want fits you theme ahahahahahah Have a good one from Manitoba Canada
I hope you don't crush that 1968 4dr thunderbird! Does it have a 390 or 429 V8 engine? You don't see many of them anymore. Looks like a complete car that could be revived and used again. Take care.
Here in Moncton New Brunswick we have a couple U-Pull yards Some parts are good deals other parts I can buy aftermarket for the same price. The larger yards don’t allow people to walk through and look around. They deal with local shops and insurance. Trying to sell parts wouldn’t be fun. People want it for nothing then want a year warranty on a used part.
Hey Silas, anyone who watches more than one of your videos would never accuse you of planting things for a video, you work too hard and have so many projects going on that are profitable.
Treasure hunt! 👍

One mans junk is another's treasure. Always like digging through junk cars.
Big time
Have a good day be safe
Silas says: don't completely close the hoods, and the rats won't build a nest! Wise advice from a veteran scrap man.

I’ve had this shirt for a couple years. Something I found for $2 at a thrift store 😆
Great video silas, keep'um coming..
Great job you stay busy no mater what you do. Love the video
Good afternoon, grab everything you can. Money is Money thank you for sharing
This is a great interesting channel. Saving everything is impossible so recording as much as possible is the next best option .
I love the treasure hunts
I liked how those colorful sun rays shined on you at the very end.
Had a great time today thanks for taking us
I find the homemade trailers with pickup beds to be way cooler than factory made trailers.
Yesterday I seen a late 70's Toyota pickup bed with late 60's early 70 Plymouth hubcaps on it in NY, & the best part is that it was on a newer GMC pulling it

That old Dodge with the poly motor all you have to do is throw some clear coat on that body and drive it away it's got a real beautiful patina
You should have a head go pro…then two hands available for treasure hunt!..love those videos!
Some of those DVD's were Blu-rays as well you could get $20-25 for that box at a pawn shop.
Your finding lots of treasures .
Absolutely great to watch you turn trash to cash! ESPECIALLY when you find treasures in them!
You should paint pumpkin faces on the car bundles wrapped in the orange plastic .
Nice! Love seeing all the older cars and trucks you have saved! Awesome!
For sure.I’d keep all those fox body Capris,, within reason anyway, you can do everything to those as you can a 5.0 mustang and you don’t see them.
I had a 83 5.0 RS Capri.wish I still had it.
Sure wished I was closer to your yard saw a bunch of good parts on the copper Ford Sportrac in background I could use. Thanks for the content.
Pull that cd radio out .It will be a hot item one day
Love your videos. The studabaker clean out was great thanks for saving the wall art for all of us to buy. Keep up the great work.

please keep up all the hard work and great content. rgrds walt+mrs
Hey I forgot about that! I used to Have one of those. There was also a space in back- right side that had a snap on door for storage, tools, etc
.
You're a hard worker,you're crushing it
Good idea to save the Dodge pickups, they’re becoming collectible, even the noses would make Great Wall art.
Yes silas keep them coming u go 😅😅
I.like.your.farm.clean.up.i.think.its.
Cool

The way you wrap the crushed cars is pretty cool. I usually see them where I live the cars are loaded then the whole load is wrapped.
I've worked in two junkyards you do find tools n other stuff
Could have contest giveaway on what you find in the cars
Fun seeing all those old trucks. Thanks for sharing your adventures.

From the movie “Every which way but Loose!”

Left turn Clyde!
That semi driver is trying to bust his contract with the Yamaha Factory Racing Team. You know, like Maverick Vinales... Nice video, thanks for sharing!
That Ford Explorer sport trac I need one of the flat center caps
I enjoy every video and I use to do scrap like you do and it is fun to clean up the earth so keep up the good work and i hope you never quit making videos
That looked like a cue ball in the drinkerside pocket. $
Great as always Silas. I look forward to ever video you make. Thanks.
Hey Silas! I like spending time at my dream job with you. Finding treasurers in cars is a cheap thrill that’s fun!
Like the van adventure. I noticed decent looking seats.

I'd take that watch., considering that I'm from Mississippi and less than 50 miles from Grenada...lol
show me the bronco at 25:25
Good video 📸
I just found your channel today….I’m from Grenada, Ms. what are the chances of that?
Do a skid video with one of the wrecks

Yes
You could have turned that frame into a trailer to haul stuff with
I seen a few videos where people 'find' things, it's really obvious it's fake. You got some good family movies there!
Those seats are clean in that minivan
I liked the Copper or Gold colored 4 door ranger that was on top of some other cars. Wished it was a driveable vehicle as I am looking for one of those or a 4 door chevy Colorado. I have a 2door Colorado with a little surface rust with the straight 5 cyl in it.
Nice, one of the best vlogs on the tube!
It always makes me sad to see cars that are newer than mine scrapped.
those trailer frames sell good ,,ive sold lots of them usally get 500-600 for one
Really look forward to your escapades !
You should put all yunkyard found in boxes and by the e😢if the year you divide and pick one two or three fan and we pay for the shipping
What do you think about this
That pressure gauge may need a sealing washer in the bushing adapter.
It has one
I know it's trivial but those massive pink bottles in the trans sport of Redken Color extend are worth a lot. I've paid $20 for a bottle a quarter of that size. Lol
Also i don't know what family would drive that pontiac van considering it had the worst crash test ever.. death trap
Pretty nice you'll be able to get a few dollars for it
Great job!
DVDs sell for about $1 to $3 each used.
In regards to the diesel watch, what kind of scrap man doesn't like the color copper?
Hey Silas ever run across any 2002-2003 F250 XLT Super duty 4x4 trucks not rusted to death. looking for a clean truck.
I was in your neck of woods today at the Love's
If you ever run across a good 68 Torino Fast back Let me know please
Wow It is a 2 door and that probably had a 318 as it looks like a Sport Model
The dual headlight Blue Ford PU looks to be around a 58 to 60 model at around 26 minutes to 27 minutes on the vid.

Around were I live you can leave the tires on anything you scrap. They won't take them. How do you get by with this.
Glad I’m not there with you! I’d be collecting owners manuals.. every car! It’s a record of every potential option that that car could have.
Hi there
If you can donate videos to the library
Only a idea.
Have a good day be safe god bless.
We all so do books.
I hope you don't crush that 1968 4dr thunderbird! Does it have a 390 or 429 V8 engine? You don't see many of them anymore. Looks like a complete car that could be revived and used again. Take care.
Ever thought of opening a U-Pick auto wreckers yard. ????
Most of the u pulls around here went bankrupt and we bought them out by crushing instead of selling parts. Just no market for it here.
Here in Moncton New Brunswick we have a couple U-Pull yards Some parts are good deals other parts I can buy aftermarket for the same price.
