welcome to the club Salim, this is a common thing with Triumphs, they can never seem to make their electrical work. ~ speaking as a former thruxton 1200 and speedy 1050 owner EDIY:- I have always made my bikes work after holding the wires by pulling them up towards sky and if that didn't work I used to push it and then instead of staring it using gear, press the starter button and vroom it always starts.
That was literally very very disappointing from such big company and especially with the person who is loyal customer!!! BTW MSK bhai more power to you❤

Bhai Triumph RSA is worse.. I had an accident with my bike , when I I contacted RSA they charged me 2800 all these charges border toll etc etc . Though the distance was less than 100kms . This situation is faced by major triumph owners Yeh situation ka bhot ganda fayda uthate hai . And yes you are right , Triumph is not that “Triumph” anymore !
