just think for a moment.....aint the world of this universe sort of like if you took the real world... and made pokeimon or such 100 times bigger so it literaly was in every household on every continent... and then out of the blue....someone started running appearing to actually be able to use the cards to spawn warrior monsters mentally linked and loyal to them out of thin air just pure..magic.. XD how fast would that cause world wide political ripples as all traditional armies even modern drone ones suddenly become obsolete.... even a drone need material ,fuel ammo.... compare that with the risk of lone people being able to summon forth things you could call Titans without warning any where ? ^^
