I picked up three rolls but haven't shot them yet. This helped give me some ideas about what colors and subject matter I should seek out when shooting this film. Thanks!
Awesome! Loved seeing the results, especially loved the tombstone images, and the blue skin!! so much fun, I should be getting mine back from the lab to scan this week so cannot wait :) :)
I haven’t processed film since HS in the90’s. It’s probably for the better I loved the smell of the chemicals in the dark room 😉 great photography BTW.
@@theoldcameraguy Thank you. Looking at your images it seems 200 and 100 would be better for me then, as I prefer more subdued colors. I have tried Purple, but do not like those colors, so had been reluctant to try Turquoise. However, your review, and another review have shown me that the teal and orange can look good in landscapes. I am not so keen on city shots with the film. At 100 ISO, however, I love Metropolis in the city, and at 400 I like it with landscape. But you have shown me what kind of landscape works well with Turquoise. Thank you.
Just ordered the turquoise film but haven't shot it yet. I have a comment about the packaging....it's incredible, but I wish they'd lower the cost by not having the fancy packaging.
Loved the photographs! Wonderful! Fun!
Thank You!
Amazing. Almost every shot looks like a 70s album cover
The results are quite sharp and contrasty, as well as the beautiful, bizarre colours.
Yes, I really like the look.
Excellent samples Dave!
Thanks Billy!
I loved the images. The b roll footage was super helpful in seeing how the color shifts. I definitely need to pick some up!
Thanks - Yeah, I’m looking forward to shooting it in 120 too.
Gorgeous images. What an amazing impact on composition 😲🤩
Thank You
Great results. Can’t wait to finally shoot some.
Thanks - I really love this film.
Great shots. I ordered some Lomo Turquoise last week, it arrives tomorrow.
Thanks Stew - Have fun with it
Great shots. I just got my first delivery of this film the other day and can’t wait to get out and shoot it.
Thanks - Have fun with this film.
Looks like an interesting film stock with some nice results.
It’s a nice change of pace.
Pretty sure I'll be shooting this in 320, too. Amazing shots! I need to finally get some of this.
Thanks Jamie! Would love to see what kind of unconventional portraits you would get with this.
That’s some funky film! I really liked the color shifts. Excellent demonstration and review of this film.
Thanks Jim - I’ve got a few rolls in 120 also. I really dig the colors too!

I’ve got one more roll of 35mm and also a few rolls of 120 I’m planning on feeding to my Pentax 67. Have fun shooting your rolls man.

Thanks - This really was a lot of fun to shoot!
Looking good in scrubs!
What an interesting film stock..great review!
Thanks Pete!
I like the sky colors change .. but definitely not on skin unless it’s a Smurf
Subscribed! Love what I’ve watched of your channel so far. Didn’t think I would, but I really dig what you produced with that Lomo Turquoise. Wow!
Thanks man! I was pleasantly surprised by that Turquoise too.
Loving your results!
I recently received a 5-pack in 35mm. I'm taking a roll to Vegas next month to see what I can get!
Thanks - Vegas will be a great place to shoot this film!
Beautiful results! I would have loved to see the color shifts at different speeds. I'm sure I'm going to try this 😁
With the other Lomochrome films, I’ve heard that shooting at ISO 100 will overexpose, but 200 or 400 are good.
I wonder what the film would look like when cross-processed? 😲
That would probably be pretty cool!
You can probably do that with all your processed film rolls. In a digital scanner just don’t processed the negative image into the correct colors.
The less post processing I have to do, the better. I don’t have the patience for it.

@@richardangelromero Thank You - I’m sitting on a few rolls of black and white I need to develop still.
probably not for portraits tho...😉😆
Nothing wrong with Smurfs 🤓
What is the impact of ISO? Metropolis is very different shot at 400 vs 100 ISO Does Turquoise also behave differently at 400 vs 100 ISO?
Shooting at higher ISO will intensify the effect, but you run the risk of underexposing.

I just ordered two more rolls for a trip to New York City in September
