Picked up my C8 1lt HTC a few weeks ago, unfortunately snowing here, feel the same way when I see it in my garage 👍🏼😁…can’t wait for spring!
Thanks for the video! I actually switched to 2LT the day I was allocated 😂 I still would have had the Mirror but like you said I didn’t want to regret anything paying this much for a car…
I had a 1992 Toyota MR2 and I really loved it, put 200k miles on it and drove the heck out of it. I used to live on the top of a small mountain and the winding roads were incredible in that car. About 8 years ago I bought a Porsche Cayman, looking for that same mid engine thrill, and I really didn’t like that car. It was under powered and didn’t really drive like a mid engine car. One day I’ll get the C8, for now I live vicariously through your videos! Thank you!
I’m happy for you that you got the C8. Keep us updated on the exhaust leak. Problem that the dealer is going to take care of. Would also like to know about the lift you are going to put in. At my age of 69 years old, unless I can pay cash for a car, I will not buy any vehicle, unless I can pay for it. No more bank payments for vehicles for me.
I took delivery of my C8, at MSRP as well, about 4 months after you and believe me the extra features of the 2LT option was well worth it in my opinion. Love your down to earth channel!
I cannot afford a C8. But I do love my C5. I am happy for you guys that can afford them and I sure hope you enjoy the hell out of them because it’s a good hunk of change. 👍 There are quite a few in my Corvette group that do on ACA and they do love them .
Have you found anyone who has installed the hud before? It does look plug in play pretty much I’m surprised no one has tried it. The 1LT has the cut out for the hud already (once you remove the dash piece) so it looks like it just snaps in place.
Love your content I feel the same way about my 23 HTC 2LT ..I have done quite a few MODS already..of u have any questions. Please let me know ..I paid sticker for mine..I just changed to a Haltec cold I take and Bezel lights both from. PARAGON...I Would be very interested if u can figure the whole process of changing the Frunk to a soft close ..Rick Conti was talking about..he said it was more wiring involved and it seem to me according to him it couldn't be done...
About the soft close front trunk . I had a 2020 C8 for 3 years and closing it was not my favorite thing to do. Now I have a 2024 Z06 and so far after about a month now the front trunk doesn’t always close on the first try for me. Hopefully I’ll figure out the exact pressure it needs to work right.
I was actually looking at side skirts today and was thinking the same thing. I feel they will be aesthetic only and weigh almost nothing. I'm leaning towards side skirts that only require adhesive. But I may change my mind.
Glad to hear you're enjoying your C8 Corvette. Sorry that you didn't get the rear view camera or blind spot monitoring. Our Wide Angle Mirrors should help our tremendously with that though :) Thank you for your purchase of the lowering springs & 20mm wheel spacers. Keep up the great work, love the garage and your video setup! - Justin
Great video. It is fun to have a C8. When you buy the sound deadening that’s the day you begin to wear New Balance. Got to be very very mature to quiet down a vette. lol.
how do you list as a negative the door sill getting scratched, when its YOU doing the scratching???? its a you problem, not a corvette problem. also, the tips on the factory exhaust are welded on. :( so if you want to just change tips, you need to either take it off and cut them off, or ive seen someone get a die grinder inside and cut the tips off that way.
Love the good vibes as always my man! Don’t even own a C5 but don’t mind watching those videos to support 🤘🏽

Great video ! Just sold my BMW M4 I'm making the jump to the 2LT looking for a great deal. Keep it up the great work
Nice video, Mark. I like your attitude and look forward to your D.I.Y. video on the dynamite under the seats. Drive safe.
I’m really looking at a C8 so I really appreciate the info and upgrade info!!
Awesome video and content!!
Merry Christmas!!
love to see this, my order for the 24 2Lt was accepted last week my first big buy also (minus house)

Wow, I'm here for that garage... Amazing set up, really looks amazing.

Great video! Love the content! Hopefully removing the interior doesn’t cause any squeaks or rattles.👍😎
Love your content, thanks so much!
Thanks man. Really appreciate it 👍🤙

I agree, getting the 2LT option is a must have. I know I'll regret it if I only got the 1LT, since I already enjoy the 2LT options in my C8.

Really like your channel .
Nice! I paid the same amount for a 21 HTC, 2 LT, front lift, GT2 seats. With2600 miles. Red Mist. Love it!
Just got my c8 2024 . love it
Awesome 😎. Enjoy
I I know it can be expensive but I think new wheels will REALLY finish the car off. A must in my opinion.
9 months here.. it is crazy that I actually have one of these cars!!
Home link visor! Yes sir. I just couldn’t convince myself to go 2LT for it - lol.
You look pretty comfortable in there. Is your garage heated?
Did you get the front lift option? If not, do you scrape a lot?
You ROCK.
What grease for the top?

I've also had a few issues with the soft close frunk not working all the time. It hasn't been a problem and always works the second time
Quoting Mark, "I am happy where I am with my two Corvettes" as he makes plans for an E Ray 😅.
What are your thoughts on the side skirts that require drilling? Concerned about drilling holes on my vette.

Does not come standard -2024 c8
I know exactly how you feel maybe a little more impressed than you because I won mine last new years
Pinch yourself have an Anniversary Corvette Stingray and up next to order a ZR 1 number 2 $152k MSRP was told estimated figure
