Employers of industries that capitalize on undocumented immigrants should be the most worried. Not only a massive financial endeavor, but a possible catalyst for inflation. The domino effect, Americans replace those jobs and now they actually need a decent wage. Employers increase prices to compensate. Unless I'm speculating here
Higher wages almost always results in higher consumer prices, but input costs for the lowest-skilled labor tend to be quite a small fraction. For example, around 5% or less of the price of produce is the cost of menial farm labor, and those estimates were derived in cases employing legal migrants with working visas and legal immigrants with green cards (not undocumented migrants ineligible to stay in the country).
Once available in a grocery store, a large fraction of the total input cost of produce is labor (up to half). Much of the remaining tends to be energy costs (up to 35% of the price of produce comes from the price of diesel used for transportation). Yet it's mostly higher-skilled labor like the labor costs of truck drivers transporting the goods across thousands of miles and the labor costs of the grocers who organize, store, display, and advertise the goods as well as manage the store.
But also it's worth looking at this from the standpoint of wages. Poverty is more a factor of wages than the cheapest goods and services, because someone who barely makes any money can't even afford goods and services even if they're half the price.
Why do wages tend to stagnate so much for the working class? It's because supply for the types of low-skilled jobs they do far exceeds demand. Flooding the country with migrants exacerbates that problem of further increasing supply for low-skilled labor. The result is that wages plummet or stay at the regulated minimum, workers tend to be reduced to part-time workers rather than full-time employees with job security and benefits, and such workers become increasingly perceived as low in value to the business and expendable.
Without as many migrant competition for low-skilled labor, the amount of supply reduces to more closely match demand, and we can expect higher wages, more full-time employment, and job security. The job security is even more important than the initial higher wages in the long run, because that allows workers to acquire training, skills, and experience to receive promotions and even higher wages. They can be set up for life. But not if supply for the entry-level positions far exceeds demand.

Has Trump and his team actually worked out how many of those people work in agriculture, planting food products and them harvesting those products. How many unemployed American citizens are going to replace those who are going to be deported.
