    I've worked with my hands since I was a kid, I'm not schooled in any martial arts but grip strength is perhaps the most important physical strength to me.

      Thank you very much for commenting! I agree! That is why I am also climbing today! If you ever meet Morio Higaoona you can see he grips the skin very strong like it was a Gi! (Not nice) But surly works!

    Do you know if this will make your hands thicker/meatier?

      I guess it does. But really slow and for the long term.. Also related to hormones like growth hormone that you have naturally.. It will for the short term it will improve your inner muscle coordination , and latter will increase muscle and bones and tendon strength .. Mainly in the Forearm the structure will get stronger. Another good exercise will be climbing in a safe climbing wall. (I do this as well)
