I have booked the MG Windsor EV - Exclusive variant. The additional battery pack of 7 kWh didn't change my mind about considering Nexon EV 45. High pricing than MG Windsor, Tight headroom and legroom in the rear, uncomfortable ingress, and outguess at the rear seat. MG is offering one year of unlimited free charging and a lifetime warranty on the battery which is unmatchable. Last MG's range is more realistic rather than Tata's.
What realistic? It's 250km that's what they claim realistically it's 200 or less . There is 1 screen to handle everything in windsor what happens when the screen goes bad? Except for extra space and probably back comfort I don't think windsor is good
@@spookyskellyskeleton609 Dear, you should update your knowledge. The MG Windsor's claimed range is 331 km, and many achieve around 300 km in Eco+ mode. This means Tesla should consider converting all screen controls to physical buttons as well.

Ownership review at 300kms should not be counted. New car Owners would anyway justify their purchase. Real car Ownership reviews must be qualified only after 5k kms.
I was in the same boat a few months ago. I liked Windsor's fit & finish, and reliability compared to Nexon. Three reasons why i went ahead with Nexon 45 are (1) polarizing look (2) ride quality and (3) size of Windsor. No offense to Windsor owners. I am happy with Nexon. Did an airport run of 245 km in City mode Regen 1, with 2 passengers and their heavy luggage and returned with 80 km range still remaining. So 330 km care free range is easily achievable. More if you are light footed, in Eco mode with Regen 3.
I was OK till the time you show the underbody. Battery wire orange color high voltage wire is exposed. Can it be damaged by Rat bite issue and bad road under body damage?
@@pranavvalvaikar2170generally as there'll be current running in the h orange wire even when the car is switched off, the rat won't generally go near it nor bite it... I dunno about the damage while driving

Your channel has one ownership review of MG Windsor EV also and that guy promised that he will give another review by December end after completing 3 or 5 K KMS. I'm eagerly waiting for that video. Booked both windsor and nexon 45. Finally after 1 month of consideration cancelled windsor and finalised nexon 45. Getting my nexon 45 delivered in a weeks time.
Both windsor and Nexon i drived , nexon is standard in driving, while windsor is spacious but sounds coming from backside , when going on rough roads, also tyres and vehicle body sounds coming on windsor .
Windsor is much value for money as compare to Tata Nexon. Except 50KM difference between 45KW vs 38KW battery, Windsor lead in many other area i.e. space, feature and services.
Windsor is a better option. The only con is the range but for a city drive 275km actual range is easily manageable. Windsor is way more value for money.

You are just comparing first month (launch month) figures of Windsor that's why they look good but in the launch month Curvv EV was sold 3450+ in the month of August, which was its launch month. In September Curvv ICE was launched and there onwards combined figures of ICE and EV curvv are shown.
I definitely like the Nexon ev, to a point ill say it's my dream car, but I'm sure people like me would skip it and buy something more reliable as we have no time to frequently visit tata service centres for resolution. If a customer is willing to spend 17 lakh on a vehicle, forget the bells and whistles the minimum expectation is for the critical components of vehicle to work without any issues.

Is ground clearance really 183 ?,. The owner will soon understand the difficulties due to tata policies arent still not evolved . The bms and sc issues arent just properly equipped with proper way to deal with EVs problem. I think the basic problem of actuator issue is still going on for users and soon the taco teams not able to find solution to even sudden drops of battery those who follow strictly slow charging only to 100 percent still are there
Nexon ev is good but when problem starts no solution in service centre. MG good in service and provide life time battery warranty. That’s why sales higher than Nexon ev. But underthy support is not as good as Nexon

MG is for people who like lots of lights and screens. While tata is for who actually drives car and understands that tata is the only brand who gives best range in this category. For an ev range is the biggest and most important concern.
that is the exact problem of windsor. I just took test drives of both. cant imagine myself fidgeting on the touchscreen while driving on a highway. some times buttons are just better.

Nice. Windsor bhi accha h, but must give 55 kWh, adas level 2 etc, curvv ev will get competiton then.
curvv cost 4 lakh more then windsor .there is no competition . curvv ev sold 850 cars , nexon ev 1500 . windsor alone sales 3500 km per month.
